    Thanks for all the previous advice on this topic...After finding out the wife was pregnant we decided to have a go at it again.

    We have been arguing on and off for months but things have reached a head in the last couple of days.

    On Friday she hit me and scratched me ...

    she told me her last boyfriend wasn't as stingey as me so i told her to call him.She went beserk,

    I look after everything , house , car ,food,parents ..everything..not stingey in the least.She hit me ,,our son was in my arms, he started crying and she could not stop hitting me even though she could see he was upset...(tears were coming out of his eyes!)

    She drove off and snatched our son. she returned him to me a day later.. I bathed him , changed his nappy, fed him, put him to bed and we both woke up at 8am.

    I fed him then showered him and she came 'to talk'.

    I think "get in the car NOW" was how she invited me to talk.

    Whilst in the car she told me we were finished and that ..

    she wanted 50% of my monthly income for her, our son and the newborn(due in July)...

    i was allowed to stay in the house and look after the boy during the day and i ciuld give her 50% of everything i have until we divorced and then i could give her what i wanted...buy nappies, milk etc ???????

    I told her not to talk to me and order me around and that i did not have a problem with caring for my children

    but that we should talk when she calmed down..

    she hot me, stuck a key in my shoulder,,,,,scratched my neck and back with her nails...she could not control herself..i tried walking away and then she went to the kitchen..came back with a huge chef's knife and told me she would cut the baby out of her !

    I walked to her parents' house and told them to go and control her...that she had a knife, but they weren't exactly in a hurry !!

    Then she returned with my phones, passport and wallet...she said i had to agree to her demands and then go to the police station and promise to ..

    give her 50% of my income,

    get out of the house,

    and divorce her as soon as possible...

    As she hit me repeatedly , her Mum ( A Laos national who has been living here for years) looked sad and lost...her dad stayed at the back of the house and everyone seemed to scatter.

    I felt hopeless...scratched and bleeding a little...i could not think straight...

    I told her i would move out and that i would help with all the bills and left..it took over an hour to convince her to give me my stuff and let me go...

    Now i am in a hotel...

    and wondering...........

    What the hell can i do to stay near to my son and stop this lunatic from either hurting me , stopping me from seeing my son or soon to be born daughter, taking everything i have or calling the police after hurting herself and telling the police i did it ???????

    I got on the scooter only noticing today that the tax disc has broken off and disappeared ! I bought the scooter new three months ago and the Dealer gave me the disc . How do i get a new one ?

    My home is overum with ants. First there were red ants

    , then big black ants and now,

    there are millions of little brown ants that seem to have

    me surrounded !

    They bite and seem unafraid of any broom or hosepipe

    ??

    Any ideas to get rid of them ?

    Caring for Thai / British child...

    Does anyone have any experience of applying for a visa on the basis of caring for their child in Thailand ?

    I have a son who has both a Thai and British passport and i would like to know what the requirements are for applying for a visa to look after him in Thailand.

    Would i have to get a divorce from his mother ?

    Would he have to live with me full time ?

    What exact financial evidence would i have to show ?

    Any help would be appreciated .

    need to get another o visa multiple entry .

    Can anyone tell me if the Proof of marriage document that is required is ...

    a) the coloured paper with the love hearts around it ... or

    B) kor ror 2 document with all the sigs and d.o.b's on it ?

    i ask because i only have the kor ror 2 doc and the local ampur only give out the coloured certificate once !!

    One visit from my wife in 2 months and now she is pregnant. She is obviously furious about this .... she knew this when applyibg for cabin crew so i do not know what is going through her head!

    One day she tells me to go back to Uk and forget my son or keep my son and let her start her new life in BKK .. the next her family arrive snd they all tell me to be happy because she is pregnant !!

    it just gets worse !

    Well, it's back on the roundabout again... i found out my wide is going to apply for Qatar air again (something she said she gave up on before we were engaged).. i was changing my son's nappy when i called her to help.. she sat playing with her phone and then i asked again... i then said if you do not wish to help just say so... to which she replied... if you cannot look after your son then GO !

    i then asked her if ahe was going to Qatar and she hit the roof.. grabbed my son and drove off.

    This time she sent the slave / home help from Laos to get the passports. i kept my son's passport but gave hers.... am i in trouble for keeping it ?

    Now .. do i ask for the child .leave the family home again... or avoid her at all costs ?

    Scottish thai ...

    I might be getting divorced soon . The missus said if we do get divorced she will want 50k baht per month which is half of my wages.She said if i do not give this then she will take the kid and i will never see him again ..how can anyone compromise with that ?

    i bought the house (1 million baht ).... it's on her land ... can she throw me out ? Land that has no official papers ???

    She says if i stay she will take my son with her to Bangkok ??

    If i go ... then she will stay with him in the marital home .

    It's pure selfishness....what are my rights ? what the hell am i supposed to do ?

    I want my son to have a UK education at some stage ... what hope have i got ?

    Thank you all for your support. The threats are mingled with bizarre accusations. The wedding rings have been thrown back at me and i have been blatantly told that she will never wear them again. Yesterday she asked to wear them because she wanted to rent a shop and appear to the shopping mall landlord that she had money ! A month ago she suggested that we split my wages and that she would buy food, pay the bills and get nappies and baby milk . .. also 4k to her parents and 3k to the slave from Laos who does housework and washing and the usual chores that my wife is suppossed to do !

    She told me that i could spend ny half on whatever ..

    But now apparently she thinks WE should invest in a shop so SHE can run her business !!!

    One minute we are together and the next minute i am insulted in front of all and sundry !

    I am constantly thinking of moving out but not too far away.

    If i do she will want a divorce and probably 50k thb per month. If i decline this offer she will probably challenge me in court for visitation rights. She might mention that i have been doing some internet work ( under the radar) and then try to get me kicked out of Thailand.

    She knows people with money and i don't know how difficult they can make it for me to see my son in Thailand. I will contest the divorce until i get visitation or better still, custody rights but she will not want to lose face.

    No doubt my marriage visa will be invalid in January so what next ???

    Anyone got any good advice?

    ps.. thank you all so much for your support so far..
