  1. Usually 60kkm, but if you tend to fly around, then 30kkm+ to be on the safe side. The most important thing is to use their own CVT fluid.
  2. Rubbish....???? How do you know who is biased or not, sounds like you are biased against bias-ness........????
  3. It's started........ https://uk.yahoo.com/news/hunt-butchers-bucha-ukraine-issues-153446994.html
  4. Yes, they always do something with the outside jobby at my place..????
  5. I use sports mode if I am at the stop light drags, or I am having a bit of street fun, the CVT also has a kick down for overtaking if one needs a much higher RPM...
  6. Eeeer, one of my units was never as good as the other, but was in a room that is hardly used, it is the unit the guy topped up. Strangely, the day he came an error code appeared on the unit, C38, looked it up, gas problem. When he arrived, the code had gone, I asked him to check the gas. The conclusion was, when it was installed, the unit's supplied gas was short for the run, it now works perfectly, and still is, so not a leak. ????
  7. Downdraughts were virtually fit and forget, even the Italians had the right idea with their side draughts. UK Fords, were fomoco downdraughts, again simple things that were fit and forget. In our Mini tuning days, the SU's were scrapped for Weber side or down draughts, amazing difference.. Weber did a very nice conversion for your Jag....????
  8. The gas they use is expensive, you will get charged by the weight of gas they use. They weigh their bottle, then fill or top up your system then weigh the bottle again, you get charged the weight difference, well that's how it should work.....???? So, cleaning is around 500bht, that is done properly with pressured water, plus gas by weight.. Just had 2 done, one at 500bht and one at 700bht (gas) = 1200bht + 100bht tip....????
  9. 1973, well it had to happen, they were on the shelf, so why not, the MGB GT with a V8.... I never really worked out why they used a de-tuned version of the reduced cc Buik engine (3.5ltr) in a "sports" car, perhaps the light weight of the MGB. The Rover saloons had way more HP on tap. Loved to have had a go in one though, but I did have a go of a TR8, same engine, but it wasn't a factory TR8, a conversion, where I had to tell the owner there is something wrong with it, it's a slug..???? Typical BMC/BL old school, using ancient SU carbs, instead of a fit and forget downdraught carb, as all USA V8's had back then...But still, bet it was fun to drive with all that torque....????
  10. Seems the registered owner must have a licence to drive. If you have a licence, put it in your name...
  11. Being kept alive is most folk's priority I would have thought...No good trashing a business that saves lives because they need to make a profit.. ????
  12. Just sounds like Thai/US Air Force chums having a get together...???? LOS are spending zillions on updating very old F5's, so I cannot see the F35 thing taking off. What with all those mothballed F15/16's, surely they would make a nice little earner for the USA....
