  3. ive been buying and selling land in samui (not a developer) as a hobby only selling to good friends and relatives since 1996 when 1 rai in chaweng cost 400000b until now its been easy because i bought very cheap but have 3 houses on the market and have had zero response in over 6 months as i said this is a hobby already have a buissness in samui that works well so have time but im sure others out there are not in my position and are panicing a little. people who bought high will lose as did the early ex pats in the early 80s did in spain.thailand over the years have had money problems around every ten years or so as have many countrys thailands last collapse was july 1997 people panic then esspecial the lending banks,so beware its coming again soon . :o

  5. Cup Final ticket allocations

The FA Cup sponsored by E.ON

    The Final

    Chelsea v Manchester United

    3pm, Saturday 19 May 2007

    Wembley Stadium

At a meeting held today with FA Cup finalists Chelsea and Manchester United, it was agreed that The FA will provide each club with an allocation of approximately 25,000 tickets for the game at Wembley on 19 May.

These allocations represent an increase of 1,500 per club on the 2006 Final. Aside from seats for members of Club Wembley, 70% of the remaining tickets will be provided to the two clubs to distribute.

The remaining 30% of tickets have been allocated to people involved in the grassroots of football and the football family. These 23,000 tickets will go to the 92 Premier League and Football League clubs, the 134 Full Member clubs, other clubs who reached the Third Round of this season's competition, charities, the Football Foundation, Premier League, Football League, Football Conference, PFA, International Associations, FIFA, UEFA and County Football Associations.

An FA spokesman said: "The FA Cup Final is a unique sporting event. This year the demand for tickets will be greater than ever due to it being the first Cup Final back at Wembley.

"It is undoubtedly the biggest domestic cup final in the world and as such it belongs to the whole country as well as the two competing teams and their supporters.

"It is also an occasion to reward the thousands of individuals who give up their time and energy to football, without whom the grassroots game would not function."

What an absolute disgrace! 25,000 tickets each to the two clubs involved is a joke! its the first FA Cup final in the new Wembley, in a 90,000 capacity stadium and thats all the tickets we get! Its typical of the greedy fat cats at the FA, who will be rubbing their hands together with all the corporate big wigs who aren't even interested in the beautiful game going to network rather than watch and enjoy the game as a loyal fan!

chelsea won the last final at the old wembley and will win the 1st at the new one ,more entrys to the record books :o

  6. My Crystal ball tells me that Leeds WILL survive this season.

I still stand by this bearing in mind that Luton ar doomed leaving four teams fighting to avoid the remaining two slots.....and it would appear that an in-form Leeds can avoid the drop to me.

Its funny that Sunderland has returned to the fold after an absence of almost two seasons :D

If they get promoted as I am sure they will....there may not be many posts again next season :o

they may well get promoted ,but they arnt good enough to stay there unless they buy some class players
