What on earth are you rabbiting on about?

    I never mentioned her looks.

You implied it was bizarre that someone could fancy her.

Of course attractiveness is not all physical. It can also be personality. But we all know your argumentative nature and political views. So let's see the final piece of the jigsaw. Those over 60 feminist bike rides must have kept you in great shape so don't be shy. Post a pic, we can compare you to Truss since you think attractiveness is so important. We can judge you, as you judged her.

  2. Interestingly the authorities are refusing to release the religion of the attacker or the religious cry he shouted immediately before the attack.

Fascinating. It must have been a member of the "far right" or a neo nazi group. They always refuse to name them when any form of protest remotely conservative happens. 😄 .

It was good to see the congregation act so quickly in subduing the attacker. Kudos to the brave individuals that tackled him and saved the bishops life. Apparently he lost some fingers by the time he left the church in custody, but one must assume he was over zealous with his own weapon while launching his attempted slaying.

Also interesting that his age has changed from 15 to 16. I wonder if the initial information was to justify silence about his identity. Or maybe he just thought turning sweet 16 was a great day for a massacre? Lets not judge him on that. After all, one has to accommodate culture differences doesn't one...

I've checked Candide's posts in this thread and none answer my question (no reason why they should). Consequently, I still can't be sure what mistakes Australia and the UK have made. I wouldn't want to misinterpret your meaning, so why don't you spell it out.

I am neither evil nor insane so - like any other right-minded person - condemn any act of barbarism such as this.

Diversity isn't necessarily good but neither is it the root of all evil as right-wing ideologues would have us believe.

If you really cant see why importing religious terrorism against assyrians from the middle east into Sydney suburbs is a problem then I really cant help you.

Perhaps you are once again looking for something else? In which case I wish you well with your search, you won't find it here, much as you'd like to. Your insatiable demand is outstripping supply.

I recall a member of this forum posting that he fancied her.

    Let that sink in.

Resorting to ridiculing someone's looks is always loathsome and hateful.

Perhaps you could post a pic of yourself so we could compare and contrast? Given the content of your posts and your charity bike rides with the Womens Institute I'm sure you're a real beaut x

  5. Climate cultists can relax. To counteract Chinas actions, 76 year old Mrs Jones from number 20 is going to be banned from using a gas boiler during the long cold UK winter.

Can someone send Indigo Rumbelow from Just Stop Oil to China to glue herself to the Beijing highway, this simply has to stop .

I've had enough, I cant just stand by.  I'm in the market for a lithium/cobalt rich BYD electric vehicle from ummmm,  China. I'm sure their factories are carbon neutral, powered by sunflower oil and that their employees have all the protections we have come to expect in the west.

It's social extortion.  Had they found OJ guilty, there would have been rioting in the streets.

Works both ways...  If they had found Chauvin not guilty, there would have been rioting in the streets.  In spite of the fact that Floyd had a lethal dose of fentanyl in him, which would have given any fair jury reasonable doubt.

I wouldn't have wanted to be on either of those juries, and felt responsible for causing rioting by doing the honest thing.  They'd have both been hung juries...  And the mayhem would have started.

The rioters are responsible for riots.

    Not jurors.

We cannot have mobs deciding the result of trials via threats to riot.

I've owned quite a few leather golf gloves and a few pairs of leather driving gloves.  Any time I put one up for awhile, they dry out and shrink and putting them back on requires re-hydrating them to get them back up to size.  That's the nature of the leather.

I saw the videos.  I could have gotten the glove on.  I've done it hundreds of times with gloves that shrank even more.  But he obviously didn't want to...

Totally agree. Same with motorcycle gloves/leathers.

He could also have put on weight between the crime and the trial.

Either way he was guilty as sin and escaped justice due to the demographics of the jury which was deliberately selected for that purpose.

A shameful example of the American legal system and a terrible example of a human being.
