Do you have a contact at the bank that one would consider to be yours?  Like you have known them for a long time or were introduced by a powerful person?  Someone you give gifts to ?  Someone who will help if you call because there will be payback?

You are correct, I do not know anything about the property.  That is why I asked the question.   I would assume anyone buying land anywhere for any use, other than agricultural, would want to take into consideration the local government's rules for disposing of  waste water and the cost of doing so if it is not already in place.

have you seen the plumbing you describe like when a house was built or only heard it described?

In Homepro online they have SCG 6'' x 4 metres R-38 at 438 Baht  and Sunshield Extra Cool 6'' x 4 metres R-37 at 379 Baht. Other than the price any real difference? Or other recommendations?

One is fiberglass the other asbestos, both will kill you.
