Oh right, question everything at least a dozen times and take no risks. What a life that would be. What a world that would be.

Just wondering if anything has changed recently regarding this topic, or can I go home without having to go into quarantine
We have been in Bangkok for almost 2 months owing to my hospitalisation.
Last I heard there were no problems flying into CM from BKK except maybe having to download the Chana App.
Has anyone made this trip in the last week or so or have any further info?
Many thanks
New record, you have now asked basically the same question 11times.
Anyone flying anywhere for the foreseeable future should figure on quarantine and bless good luck if it is avoided. They can change the rules while you are airborne.

For dirt ask at local plant nurseries, they source it for their pots and bags and for landscape jobs. Careful not to get road fill dirt. May want to mix it with rice hull, peanut shell and/or sand to get better planting material.
They also sell pre mixed in bags.

Look at your <deleted>. “90 percent rejections” and “10 to 1 “ reveals you did not read my details nor have ANY factual info to substantiate your “data”. Just shut up
So you got it to work and do not want to admit your previous error.????????

I asked because in trying to process my 90 days reporting on line the dreaded “report to IMM “ popped up. Don’t understand why as I last entered Thailand in April 2020 and have been able to do online reporting the last 2 times without any problems

90% of the rejections while others are successful are due to incorrect data input. So try a new approach, stop blaming the system, figure out how to make it work, stop telling yourself you are doing it right and doing the same thing over and over and over, look for where you can do it differently and test. 10 to 1 you have been making an input error.

However if you have a will it avoids probate so the trust has nothing to do with avoiding probate.
Oh Thomas you are wrong again. Having a will does not avoid probate. The trust can help avoid probate if it is correctly funded without the use of a will.
You have posted so much incorrect information please please stop.

Some assets like real estate get complicated after the death of the grantor.
Real estate can easily be put into a revocable trust prior to death then is easy to handle after death. I have done it.

Now the electrician says he cannot remove the existing heater because there is no way to stop the water flow
And you bought that? You may have a shut off valve where the water enters the house and for sure there is one at the meter, if no meter at your pump or tank. But of course water systems vary but a residence with no possible way to shut off the water is very unlikely and quite foolish.
