Sigh... yes we're all aware of what the article means... I was partaking in the age old tradition on TV of having a jab at less than clear titles. Clearly I've missed the mark to some degree if I am wasting time having to explain that. Apologies to the nuance police

Sorry lupin, I posted this ,then deleted it because I re-read your OP. But the actual BUILDING is a piece of p1ss, easy and interesting to do.
Yes it is, but I am ordering this for someone less savvy than I. I want them to get a better system than what they would get walking into a store, but with the advantage of a store backed warranty (because the store built the thing).

Sorry, they are a modern company and sell ONLINE.
Of course... I've bought from them many times, but they dont have an option or a page/form to pre-select the components, then build it for you. Apologies if my OP wasn't clear on this.
-
Just to be clear.. there are dozens if not hundreds of sites where you can order the parts, then build it yourself... that's not what i am after.
The examples in OP are where you select the components online, they then build and deliver the finished rig.

Thanks for the reply, was looking for online options that allow for selecting each component... such as in the examples. No interest in driving to Hua Hin.

Any recommendations for Thai sites that have a build your own/custom spec option for ordering?
Example would be JIB https://www.jib.co.th/web/pcsetspec/main or https://computeandmore.com/custom-spec where you can select each component then have them build and deliver it.
Any other sites with similar options?
Cheers

I've never, in the 20 years that I've traveled and lived here, been refused service in any establishment. What state were you in when they refused to serve you?
You clearly didn't see the front page news and video plastered all over Thai media (including thaivisa) about the refusal of service 3 days ago from a restaurant complex in Lad Prao

Perhaps farang might be more interested in spending their dollars while traveling if, for example, restaurants didnt have policies refusing to serve said farang

How about you Brits that said f-all when Yankee statues were being defaced, let alone neighborhoods being burned down, and are now outraged that your own beloved icons are at peril. Quite frankly, I don't have an ounce of sympathy for your fallen heroes. I'm glad that the turmoil in America has come to your British doorstep.
I'm not a Brit or a Yank and wasn't aware it was a prerequisite for posting

and I'm sure a fair number of children want to smother themselves in peanut butter, eat chocolate for breakfast and draw on the walls in crayon.... doesn't mean we let them dictate policy does it.
