I spotted them first time in 2014-15 so this is not something new. They looked Vietnamese or Chinese to me . Some of them carrying flowers, others with babies. And others tried to get my sympathy by pretending they were deaf , had printed a card with a message on they put on every table, then came back trying to collect money. I spotted them later talking to each other, clearly not deaf.

Smoking weed in Thailand is still like an exotic dream for many expats and tourists. Finally they can do it.

I own one myself but we need to rent another one for 1 week . . I'm just wondering if there are rentals in Pattaya , lots of bicycles everywhere but I have not seen any electric bikes for rent. Thanks.
