I think the problem is a bit of both ....
* Thai attitude .... fancy someone complaining in my restaurant about the food
* Lack of communication .... the waiter probably didn't understand that it was not ( suk suk ) burger, and the fries were yen
I've seen many places try to cook a cheeseburger, hamburger or hotdog,
and honestly, they haven't got a clue, no lettuce, no cooked onion, tomato slice green, no salt & pepper, no BBQ sauce. ... they're useless if it's farang food. imo
