it doesn't matter what the tourist did. If the girl is underage and she know what she's doing, then she is committing an offense by lying ( who would think in Thailand ) .

nonsense .... an 18yr old know if they are 18 or 17 .... it's that simple. But if they are 17yrs old and become involved in the sex trafficking, then the bar owner or hire authority in liable. It depends if ... the girl is 18yrs .... and she knows what she's getting into .... That's it ... she is 18yrs old and understands the job she has undertaken .... otherwise others should go to jail. don't make it complicated.

if they were forced into this position by the parents or the bar owner ...then yes, they should go to jail. If they worked at the bar on their own pretense and agreement then they are lying about their age and liable. that's it ....

if the parents did arrange everything know their age obviously .... then lock them up.. if they didn't then the girls knew what they were doing ... this is prevalent in Thailand

that's not correct .... the girls were under age and they know that but still proceeded to go into something illegal. The parent just told them to go to Bangkok and get a job, they didn't arrange the bar and hookers.

This is correct, they are just like Air Asia and others, they will manipulate the system so it is near impossible to simply send the item back and/or get a refund. And before anyone hear thinks that's not true .... believe me it is ..... I have given up on the refund process of both Shopee and Lazada and AA and Thai airways and others ..... Thailand - the land of scams.

it sounds to me like you may be better off in a proper medical home type facility where you can get the appropriate care. I say this because what happens if you fall down accidentally or trip on a pavement and fall, or suddenly run out of breath. Others outside don't want and shouldn't be responsible because your health and medical condition is questionable. It's selfish to think otherwise, one need to look after one health but when it deteriorates you cannot simple do nothing and expect others to carry your irresponsibility.

So what's the point in having hotel reviews, or restaurant reviews, if you get a terrible meal and tell the truth in your review your in big trouble, a crappy hotel, bad service or whatever, seems you can't say anything bad of Thailand or a thai, and it doesn't necessarily have to be a review as it can just be a comment. This is so wrong in every way, they are trying to tell a person he can only say good things here even if that's a lie.
