He said that since the world was entering the “new normal”, his administration will adapt to the change by giving people a chance to have a say in the policy-making process. He said from now on, Thai citizens will not just learn about policies from newspapers or social media but will be able to contribute as his government will stop to listen to their voices.
Good work from Khun Prayut Chan O Cha and his government, his concern is getting Thailand and the tourism industry back on it's feet as soon as possible.
He will listen to the Thai people and review their comments and suggestions. He has done an excellent job with the covid19 pandemic and continues to work hard to push Thailand forward.
He realizes that job are needed and that is why project after project is being implemented.
good job by Khun Prayut ...

I don't think the on-line system will work before 17 July as it is not necessary to do a report until 31 July.
I did an online 90 day report a few days back. Filled the form in .... hit the submit button.
I had approval online 20 minutes later ....... yahoo buckaroo !

KSR is a backpackers delight .... dreadlocks and all the trimmings. Probably won't be the same from here on in. Cheap hotel rooms and second hand pool bars blasting Bob Dylan and the zombies.
Not everyone's scene, I took a cab over to check it out 25 yrs ago ..... i got outta the cab ... took one look and got back in.

I believe you can do online 90 day report only up to 15 days before the due date.
However, Ubonjoe is the king of visas so he will be able to confirm shortly ....

Just to give more info, floor space 20sq metres, windows facing west and north, rarely have sun hitting room. As Lopburi says we prefer a similar temperature to him, we also never use during the day ever, switch on approx 1 hour before going to bed and depending on how we feel it stays on overnight or we switch off before sleeping and rely on floor fan to keep room cool. I’m more than convinced the 12000 btu inverter model will be more than adequate after reading the replies plus doing more research on the internet. Thanks for the replies everyone.
yes ... thank you and god bless your aircon

does the room get alot of sun ? is the room usually quite hot ?
if no ... 9000-11000
if yes ... 12000 - 14000
I have a new ( 1 month ) Daikin in my bedroom 28sqm and it's 13000 ...and works fine.

And so they should .... anyone who doesn't want to wear a mask shouldn't be allowed on any flight .... and anyone who doesn't choose to wear a mask in flight should be fined.
Why should folks who think they are superior to others place other lives at risk just because they don't want to follow requests.

Cambodia's fine .... it's like Thailand but stepping back 50 yrs. But I always find Phnom Penh to be dusty and dirty in most areas. But it is cheaper to live there, probably 25% less than Thailand overall monthly imo.

don't worry about the landlord. sling him a couple of hundred baht if he makes any problem.
now if it's a ground floor unit, get an excavator in ( 20T Mitsubishi or similar )
have the excavator bucket come in through the bathroom window and rip from the centre of the bathroom out. rip down about 1 foot and then wait for the dust to settle and then check out what's left of the plumbing, then just replace all.
