If you live in a moobaan then 500 per month sounds right, but besides garbage collection it usually includes fogging for mosquitos, gardening services in the common areas, security and so forth. It could be a little less and it could be as much as 1,000 or more if there is a pool, etc. But if you live outside of a moobaan then 500 is very high. It should cost around 40 to 150 top for rubbish collection alone.

Amnuay does engine repairs? I haven't been in years. As much as I liked the owners and the quality of the work, the prices were on the high side. But they did auto electric, alarm systems, A/C repairs and stereo sales and installation - things like that. If they repair engines now I would be surprised.
