Refused,can't think why,all paperwork asked for was given,any suggestions as to why?,it was only a tourist visa.

Shop just past the indoor market(left side if your coming from karon) in kata is the guy i use,he dosen't speak great english,so be sure to take a thai along to explain exactly what it is you require.

He does alot of signage work in kata/karon,and also other parts of the island.

If my GF'S tourist visa is accepted,would she have to fly direct from bangkok to london,or is stopping in the middle east dubai,abu dhabi etc ok?

I think alot of farangs don't 'fall' for thai women,there are a large percentage who have lost faith in western women due to failed relationship(s),in their respective homecountries and therefore have headed to asia to find someone new.My guess is none of these men were interested in thai women when they were first married.

I have also seen a large amount of farang with extremely ugly thai women.

My girlfriend has filled out all the application forms herself,we have all documentation asked for,plus as much more as we can give to hopefully get a tourist visa for her to go to the uk.

I have been living in thailand for 5 years,we have been living together for 3 years.

After speaking to the embassy office,they told us to come to bangkok to hand in the application.So then what?

We were told to hand in the application,and then basically wait,we are living in phuket,so is it really a case of fly to bangkok,hand in application,fly back,wait to be contacted?

There is NO Live Premier League on Thai TV any more since UBC obtained the rights at the start of last Season..

Have seen two live premier games(2nd half only),and not advertised, on thai tv this season.

I know I have seen the football on tv that wasn't UBC and the wife seems to think I can get it on cable for a few hundred baht. 2155bht can't be the cheapest surely? I have no interest in movies, US crap etc.

No,that is the most expensive,but to recieve LIVE premier league you need to subscribe to platinum for ALL the games,or gold,for a selection of games.

As far as i am aware,premier league is occasionally on thai tv channel 3 or 7,but it's very hit and miss,and sometimes appears from half time onwards.It's also not advertised in thai newspapers.

Cable tv,can be subscribed to for about 300 baht per month,and the sports channels available are SUPER SPORTS,but are not showing premier league.

Subscribe to UBC,they carry truesports channels which broadcast 99% of all english premier league games LIVE with english commentary.

Platinum package to recieve all games is 2155baht per month.
