There is a pre-harvest rice ceremony held in Bangkok (Grand Palace?) every May to wish for a good rice harvest. Can anyone tell me a date, time and place that this is happening?

I would just state that I believe Hokusai "The Great Wave" is recognised universally as a great work, a copy of which is in the Metropolitan Museum of Art and should not be viewed as the first step in degenerating this thread.
