2 more for the step-over kid.
Fergie made him captain for the night (The Canny old B.......)
Apparantly his free kick which notched up his 33rd goal for the season (in all comps) was a blinder - hopefully I'll get to see the goal today. (which is more than the Bolton goalie did at the time)

Hopefully a few of the T.V. Phuket Members will come to show their support.

[Do you think a permit is needed? This is really just a peace vigil, on a public space though ..
I am sending out memorial info right now to press right now..
Permit probably not needed ? But when ever organising any gathering of any kind it always pays to check with local authorities first, it is at least polite to inform Or-Bor-Tor or National Parks (Whoever responsible)
Regards, L.K.
P.S. Which makes me wonder if you have invited local politicians, police etc.
-
Have the local Or-Bor-Tor, Police and Media been alerted ?
My condolences to all family & friends and I will endeavour to make it to lend support.

In Perth the good old yellow pages works well.
Failing that try any good Asian food store.
(Northbrige for sure) (You can also try ringing Thai restaurants and check out where they get there supplies from)
There is also quite a large Thai community in Perth, once again try yellow pages either social clubs or places of worship (Thai Temple) failing that PM me and I'll give you the a ccouple of Thai contacts

The latest from Nai Yang Beach (the next beach south from Mai Khao) is that the police seem to believe that westerners might have been involved - or so it would appear judging by the questions they were asking here.
Once again this is only hearsay and people shouldn't jump to conclusions.
I will endeavour to find out more.
-
Correct.
Any reason why you guessed the 1st Garden City so quickly & easily ?
Have a go Boksida.

Thanks Red, Good to hear we are still looking after our legends.
Great player but can't seem to manager his way out of a paper bag.
Bobby Charlton another prime example.

S why did you wait for an old fart like me to post after all this time ?

Anyone heard from Leungken? He's not posted in age.
He's alive and well and spending most of his time on the beach.
It's high season and I rent out a few m'bikes to tourists for a bit of petty-cash.
I did cart-whels, hand-stands and flick-flacks after last saturday's massive win.
The whole team played well - even Fletcher much to my amazement !!!

Qantas Socceroo Mile Sterjovski has completed his move to English Premier League side Derby County, after been handed a work permit, following an appeal heard yesterday.
Sterjovski initial permit was not granted, because the British Home Office said he had not met the required number of national team appearances for Australia in the past year.
However the Rams, represented by manager Paul Jewell, managed to present enough documentation that saw the case through successfully.
Jewell, now hopes that his transfer and required clearance from Turkish side Genclerbirligi OFTAS can be sorted by noon Friday, so he can play in the 4th round FA Cup tie against Preston.
Sterjovski last played for Australia during the AFC Asian Cup against Oman and has since been unavailable for the last two matches against Argentina and Nigeria. He has signed an 18-month deal with the Rams.
Derby currently sit bottom of the Premier League and face a tough road ahead to escape the drop back to The Championship next season.

Can you get at it with a socket spanner (Wrench) normally this will shift anything.
Without seeing it is very hard to advise otherwise.

A well-timed second half goal from Socceroo Scott McDonald helped Celtic cruise into the fifth round of the Scottish Cup with a 3-0 win over Stirling Albion.
The Hoops took the lead in the 37th minute when Dutch striker Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink fired home a powerful header.
It then wasn't until well into the second half that McDonald was able to lengthen Celtic's lead after having earlier squandered a series of chances.
Lee Naylor pushed into Stirling's box before making a slick pass back to McDonald who tapped the ball home in the 70th minute, bringing Celtic fans to their feet.
McDonald has enjoyed a debut stunning season with Celtic, notching up 18 goals in the Scottish Premier League alone plus a handful of others in the Cup competition and European Champions League.
Celtic sealed victory with a shot from the edge of the box by Japan international Shunsuke Nakamura.
