If you buy a new one, the cost will likely be more than a whole new machine.

Wonderful, Rajab... Looking forward to part two... (I know her, too.)

It is decent. The programming sucks and it has big sound issues, but it is only rarely off the air. Terrible movies, but probably what its subscribers like.

To my knowledge Kamagra has not been available in Pattaya for a few weeks.

If one knew how many 90 day reports were done in a 90 day period, you would have some clue, I would think Barry could make a rather informed guess about those numbers.

Try coconut shell; you might like very much. At least it provides some variety.

the magic guy is truly amazing. I saw him at a big 'hi so' charity event and he was the big deal that night.

I guess that offer is only available at the Jomtien store, right?

"Confessions" resulting from beatings are less than rare here. I know that. I can assume that such "confessions" would be more likely in high profile cases. I would guess that some of these "confessions" reflect truth.

I agree that New York Pizza, on 3rd Road, is a good option for delivered food.

My credentials are that I was raised in South Texas, lived my adult life in Southern California and did eat Mexican food at least 3 times a week before moving to Thailand. Generally, I think the best Mexican food in the US is in the Mid West and other areas with a strong, recent Mexican immigrant population.
But the point I want make is that at all my favorite Mexican/American taco stands in So Cal and Texas, rice and beans are NEVER put in a meat burrito. Bean burritos, fine. Bean and rice burritos, fine. Carne asada with guacamole, great. But with RICE? No way, Jose.

Yes, Beach Road and over the hill. Unfortunately they try to cram 16 people with luggage into one songteaw. An alternative is to hire a motor bike taxi (100 baht???) or charter your own songteaw (300baht???).

My dinning experience at Baadshaw was disappointing. I'm guessing the quality was okay ( I have not eaten much Indian food outside of India, so I don't know what expectations are in play here), but the small serving were a bit on the high side, IMHO.

It is my favorite Pattaya area restaurant, although they can become a bit stretched when there is a large crowd

Probably a PEREGRINE FALCON, but can't be sure with out more color. But its a good bet as they are relatively common in this area (Pattaya) to winter. OPPS, what area are you from? They are fairly common winters in south central/so.east Thailand. They reside over several parts of Thailand.

Bland and boring food which is over priced... Yes, Thais love it; go figure... I know lots of folks like the duck - and its good - but you can get as good or better duck lots of places which have some spicy stuff to go with it.

All I know is I can transfer $ from my US bank to Bkk Bank in 3 working days with no apparent charge. Surely there must be a charge, but I can't find it. It must be very small judging by Bangkok Post published exchange rates.

Dr. Ben Thamrong, M.D., F.A.C.O.G, received his M.D. from a Thai University. He received some training in the US and practiced as a OBGYN in several New York & New Jersey locations before returning to Thailand several years ago.
He has a practice in "general medicine, STD, Etc Quick HIV Test, G.C, Warts, ED, Viagra, Cialis, etc." in Naklua. (This is on his business card..)
He also fills in at the Banglamung Clinic on South Pattaya Road. You can Google him.

NEW INFORMATION (for me, at least) The Chonburi Labor office is no longer issuing new work permits to holders of a non-imm Oa (retirement) visa extension based on Sole Proprietorship under the USA-Thai Treaty of Amity. They want to see a non-imm O extension. I'm not sure if any of other non-imm visa would work.
-
IMHO, their location was 90% of their problem.

To me, it's about the same as eating squirrel. But we fried squirrel back home in Texas. The times I have eaten rat in Thailand it had been cooked over an open fire and tasted mostly of smoke. Sorta dry to my taste, but okay. Not much meat on those critters.

Nana is so very yummy

Sorry, but you do need a work permit to do ANY work in Thailand. Even if you are a Treaty of Amity Sole Proprietor. And, as was stated above, Immigration hates to recognize anything less than a limited company or partnership as deserving of a Non-Imm-B. It is not easy to work around that reality.
