As far as I can understand now, this is an internal Order for Nongkhai Immigration Office only.
It is not published anywhere.
However if you come and ask, they may be able to show you this Order.

When was this decided at Nong Khai. I have recently succesfully done my marriage extension there using the embassy letter as proof of income and there was no mention of this.
It was decided in February this year.
But they will start to apply the new rule as from the next year 2016.

These were on Thai TV last night and I asked the Mrs what they were as I had never seen them.
That program with 3 ladies (fat, thin and medium) that starts with yodelling, normally about food.
She said she was going to get some for me to try and fortunately I now know to spit the pips out. (Which I likely would have done anyhow, what daft bugger swallow seeds from fruits, and he needs to be kept away from Durian and Jack fruit.)
Jackfruit seeds are yummy. Chew well.

The land office is the place . They will (for a fee) carry out a survey and verify the boundaries of the land that your building is sitting on.
I have been advised that the fee is 10,000 Baht. That however is just hearsay
The official fee over here in Nongkhai is around 3,000 Baht.
I think the fee of 10,000 Baht already include 7,000 Baht of under table fee (tea money).
Otherwise you must wait more than 1 year because there is a long queue.

Chinese and Thai female mentality is very different.
I hate Chinese mentality. It is not sincere.
The problem in Thailand is that you never know how much Chinese blood a Thai woman has.
Trust my advice: try to avoid Chinese women for serious relations. The Chinese mentality is too different from farang mentality, eventually you will have a lot of problems but it may already be late to split.
Out of all the nations on this planet Thai women are known to sincerely tolerate the biggest age difference between wife and husband.
Even pilipinas will not tolerate sincerely such a big age difference not even mentioning Indonesian women.

Surely the Uighors had to pass through one or more counties to get from China to Thailand. Once they crossed out of China, they were safe and there was no legitimate reason for them to continue on to Thailand. Why didn't they seek sanctuary in the first country outside of China? There are lots of Muslim countries on China's border. Why did they come to Thailand? Uighurs have their own autonomous region in Northwestern China. They are not even close to Thailand either geographically or culturally. There is no legitimate reason for them coming to Thailand. Turkey is accepting them with open arms. They should go to Turkey. Uighors are responsible for a lot of terrorism in China. I'm still not convinced these are not a criminal or terroristic groups fleeing justice in China. The Muslims in southern Thailand are responsible for most terrorism in Thailand and Thailand doesn't need more terroristic Muslims. Uighurs are violent as witnessed by their attack on the Thai embassy in Turkey. Send them all back or Thailand will get a reputation as a country that allows terrorists a refuge. Hopefully the word will spread that Thailand will arrest and deport illegal aliens and the practice will stop.

Thailand is more wise than Europe and doesn't want the same Islamic chaos as France is having today.
Europe has more than enough examples of consequences of this "human empathy".

I just found out that the builders made the pipe that long becaose,they say,that the
tank will smell if the pipe is short.
There must be a more evolved solution than that.
This pipe should be as high as possible, ideally above the highest point of the roof.
Otherwise bad smell will always disturb you and other people in your house.
Please provide pictures for more advice.
