It was always 2 months prior (but several offices required 3 months - and for marriage it was suggested to keep in account during review process making it 3 months) - there was no requirement for money in account after extension was issued.
That is not correct, it used to be 3 months before.
From police order 606-2549:
It was then changed to 60 days before for first extension and 3 months for subsequent extensions.
From police order 777-2551:

Combination method for marriage extensions ended a good few years back.
I don't think there ever was a combination method for marriage extensions. This is from police order 606 from 2006:

A few years ago ,Allan had to go to the hospital cause his Foot blew up .
She said the name in Thai but I couldn’t make it out
Sounds like ,tha carp
Dtakab is a centipede and a very different animal
Centipedes are venomous and very quick and aggressive, while millipedes are poisonous (so don't eat them), generally slow and passive.

Perhaps a Yellow Dragon millipede (Orthomopha communis):

Finished the upgrade in January of an extra ground mount with ten 390W solar panels:
I also added another 14.3 kWh battery pack to our system:
The cells in the battery pack is rated at 280Ah, but if the test report from the seller is to believed they test out at a significantly higher capacity:
I managed to fully charge the battery packs and our EV before we hit a dreary patch of four days in a row with next to no sunshine. Before the upgrade such weather would have had us relying on PEA for power, but with the new panels we had no trouble covering our daily consumption (although i wasn't able to charge the EV again until yesterday when the sun was back).- 1

Another vote for the Makro Farm Frites Finest (the big 10mm+ ones)
We also eat the Makro Farm Frites, but prefer the 10mm x 20mm variety.

Your post has nothing to do with visas from Thailand, I’ll move it to the Thailand visa section.
Please explain, I am confused.
I agree that the wording was a little confusing, but it meant that the topic was originally posted in the "Visas and migration to other countries" forum (i.e. the "visas from Thailand" forum)

Surely you meant 22nd Jan, which is the 7th day after the due report date, including 17th Jan.
@StayinThailand2much you can submit in person up to 6 days after the due date (7 days including the due date) without incurring a fine.
Monday 22nd Jan is your last opportunity, the time of day is irrelevant.Read the OP again, his due date is the 10th of January.
Edit: And by the way, if his due date was the 17th, the 22nd would be the 6th day after the due date including the due date, not the 7th.

Don't you mean the previous Friday?
No.

What if the due date is a Sunday?
It's seven calendar days, no matter if some of those days are week-end or holidays. So if your due date is a Sunday, the latest you can do your report is the following Friday (assuming that's not a holiday).

Neither.
You have seven days "grace" for doing the report (in person), but those seven days include the due date. So the latest you can do the report is end of business on the 16th of January.

Thank you for the replies, guys.
Yeah, I'm wondering about whether a Rayong TM30 will be required, and whether it will cause any problems. I want to leave it to the last day, to maximise my stay, but don't want to end up being in limbo because of trying to do it in Rayong. Jomtien's a PITA though, and agents want 4K to do the dirty work and bypass the great unwashed. The money's not a problem, but the principle is!The 30 days are added to your current permission to stay, so you don't lose anything by doing the extension early.

Correct, last time I tried to do a 90 day report online with my extension due in the period of the new 90 day period I was denied. However I went to IO and did the 90 day report in person with no issue. I had 45 days left on my extension. Didn't make much sense to me why I was denied online but no issue in person????
My extension expired mid November, and I did my 90 day report online without a problem early October and got the full 90 days until my next report.

Just to add, even if you are from the U.S. (which based on your forum name you probably aren't) you wouldn't be able to form an Amity company for your stated purpose. Companies formed under the Amity treaty are not allowed to buy land in Thailand.

They seem to have a maximum order quantity of 3 for this panel.

There are currently 7 MG HS PHEVs for sale on one2car, asking prices ranging from Baht 699,999 to 759,000.

I ordered some box metal to build a ground mount for our extra solar panels. Notice the error message when Global House's system is unable to check the stock status

PEA must be able to read the stamp on the new rod, just saying as I'm not quite sure what you mean by NYY copper left over.
The stamp on the ground rods here (maybe surprisingly) doesn't necessarily indicate the exact length of the rod.

I previously did not enter a password to open the app, but after upgrading the app, it now asks for one.
Enter your user ID and click "forgot Password" on the login screen and it will take you through a process to set a password.
Not entering a password when opening the app is not the same as not having a password. It's quite normal for your phone to remember the password for an app so you don't have to enter it every time, and when that app is then updated to a new version the phone is no longer able to find the associated password. As an example, every time the Nord VPN app is updated I have to reenter the password on my phone, but then the phone will remember it until the next update.
Obviously, with more sensitive apps like mobile banking apps, you will have to enter your password every time for security reasons.

Heads up!
Noticed there was an update for the Mor Prom app on my iPhone this morning. Did the update and now is asking for Citizen ID / User number and Password.
Never happened before with previous updates.
As I recall, there was a 13 or 14 digit registration number as User ID. I don’t think there was ever a Password, so maybe have to re-register before being able to open the app.
Might be better not to update for now.
I have always had a password for the Mor Prohm app on my phone (Android).

Yeah, I was thinking December had already arrived.
Maybe the OP did too, referring to tomorrow as "the end of this month" would be a little unusual. So maybe you were right all along.

Two months before expiry is pushing it, but it never hurts to ask.
Go cap in hand to immigration and explain your situation, you never know your luck.
It's actually three months, making it even less likely that Immigration will do an early extension. But as you say, it never hurts to ask.
