Perhaps, but you can be sure whatever you're sending will reach its intended destination promptly. A couple of years ago I sent an important document from Bangkok to San Francisco by regular mail. Apparently, it went from Bangkok to Hong Kong, to Los Angeles, to San Francisco-----where it disappeared down the black hole of Calcutta and was never seen again. A few days later I sent a copy of that same document by DHL and it was on the desk of the individual it was sent to within 30 hours. Also, when I lived in the San Francisco Bay Area I used the U.S. Postal Service two times to deliver similar documents and each time there was a snafu and delivery time in both cases was about two weeks, when it should have been less than 48 hours. Bottom-line, if you want to be absolutely certain that your mail, parcels, documents are delivered, then avoid any dealings with the U.S. Postal Service, they are incompetent.

Agree important paperwork to Gibraltar there on banks desk in 2 days (Thai post would or could not send to Gibraltar at the time)

Funnily enough nearly on topic i bought pair of shrink to fit Levis jeans from LA on ebay i got them after a month but only after i tracked them around the world twice with US post, i kid you not

You'll need to contact the owner.

He probably doesn't want a smoker in his condo also stinking up the place and making trouble with neighbors.

Its probably in the rental contract like "No  Pets".

What a pain in the ass.

    Horrible.

They should have Shi* ho** condos just for smokers.

Has it crossed your mind the owner has probably told renter to smoke on the balcony

Most do not use agents, possibly in a place like Pattaya with it's down at heel drunks with no option

I am not in Pattaya but i resemble that remark

living sticks south of Hua hin PKK area  i would indeed  in my experience rightly or wrongly depending on opinion say  use of agents here is around 30% mark

  5. HH immigration is normally ok yes many agents (ouch just realized i use one and never have go near the place)

For sure they probably dont want to do marriage visa thing

BUT If you are using your own money  agents should not be 21k although marriage would be much more work i suppose

If you need help PM me i will pass you on to mine

Agents with good reputation are fine, they work hand in hand with immigration

Mines married to one so pretty safe bet using them

used for last 7 years no problems cost is about 40 ish baht a day no need to worry about money importing saving etc

cant see myself changing its too easy and comfortable

But i know others who will vehemently disagree for their own reasons

That i care not one iota

    up tooo you/me

I’m confused. All this talk of reintroducing the Test & Go, but the article below says travellers must book a hotel room for, “at least five nights”. Which is still quarantine, surely.
