Like clockwork Maxcrement sabotages the speed from 9:30 am onwards...this is a fact.

I will go to Carrefour today to try to get a confirmation that there REALLY IS a problem and they are working on it.

Anybody has any latest information on this fiasco of biblical proportions?

I have looked and looked and looked but no defenitive answer so here it is.

Maxcrement sucks from 9:30 to 1:30 AM in Pattaya.

During the night I get nearly 4 megs international to San Fransisco and Seattle.

Bangkok about 4.5 megs.

I have seen as much as 4.7 megs in international on INDY a month ago.

Maxnet now goes down to 200 kps daytime and Evening, I beleive this has NOTHING to do with INDY or PREMIUM.

I beleive that there is absolutely NO difference between both packages exept that INDY Is at least twice as fast.

Any body can confirm with speedtests my results?

Premium is NOT faster than Indy

This is illegal and MAXNET should get sued for this. I'm now looking for a Google number or international internet fraud hotline, will call them now if I can get the number.

Anybody has any contact numbers for some international internet fraud association?

Maxnet Indy 5 megs was great for me...then suddenly for the past 3 weeks terrible.

I'm thinking of changing to Premier but I doubt it will be better....

i am suddenly having this same problem... does anyone know if it could be a problem with Outlook or if it has to be that my ISP (TT&T Maxnet) is blocking port 25? the reason i ask is i used a wifi service from a different ISP and i still had the same problem.

p.s. i can still send emails via webmail

It's because of the idoicy of biblical proportions from TOT/Maxnet...change the port to 26 in Outlook, it usually works.

Another solution is to not use the internet anymore...according to Thai leaders it's evil...Use "local net" that's much safer!

I have experience with Google Site Maps but what are you using it for? CMS? A regular HTML site?

It can literally take a week to set it up properly with verification, the htaccess, the 404 page ect...

I've built some for some of my sites with Joomla but then it all depends on what SEF you are using, comonents ect...

And then when your maps are up and verified they don't always stay that way and have to be regenerated and bugs need to be fixed.

I live in Pattaya and was getting steady 500-1000kbps in the afternoon and evening but now it's down to 20-40...

I called TOT and they haven't given me the usual bullshit of brocken cables or fixing servers, they basically say that everything is fine...Is it just me or is this problem widespread?
