  1. I wonder if anyone advising about kidnapping, mafia, spaghetti, godfather, and mandolino have ever been to Italy.

The cost of accomodation is quite high compared to the cost of life. You can find something in the range of the 50 Euro a night. It will be also important to know in which area/city are you staying...

When it comes to food you are really in a world apart. In my opinion the sweets are the best in the world. Do not forget to try cannoli siciliani (pastry stuffed with cream), paste di mandorla (a tipical pastry with almond), latte di mandorla or granita alla mandorla (almond drinks).

The cost of restaurant are sensibly lower than in north Italy, but have a look at the menu' first. Pizza can be rally inexpensive, but don't forget to try seafood.

Don't know about taxi, but with 100 Eur a day you should be in the safe area... Good luck and have fan.

Young people in Sicily that have high school education they speak english, while forget about the elders...

PS:Please let me know about your place of stay and relatives phone number so I can advise my "picciotti" to have you kidnapped. It wold be useful to know also which range of amount we can ask for...cheesy.gif

  2. I still feel the strong statement from David Millers brother means he must have heard something in this case that convinced him that the evidence is good enough. As an observer and not knowing all the facts it's very difficult to understand for most people . We are not closer to the truth ,if they are scapegoats or not.

Personally I believe they were present on the beach that night, close to the murder scene, but that someone else did the actual killings.

But I'm pretty sure they will appeal and the sentence will not be death, unless new evidence is provided that will clear their names, this will probably end up as a life sentence. That could take a couple of years.

I believe this crime was committed by more than two people, and that the B2 may have indeed been on the scene at the behest of their employers at the time.

Their employers who btw people that believe that this verdict is correct, have been pictured mocking these events. They have been posted here before.

You might be right, they could be guilty, but someone at the scene is missing...

  3. Witness to Aust murder flees Thailand
SYDNEY:-- A key witness to the kidnapping and murder of a former Australian Hells Angels member in eastern Thailand has reportedly fled to Dubai.
Amad Jay Malkoun, a former bike gang leader and close associate of murdered Australian Wayne Rodney Schneider, is wanted for further questioning by Royal Thai Police.
Malkoun claimed he slept through the violent kidnapping of Schneider on November 30 at the A$5200 a month villa he was sharing with the dead Australian, whose naked body was later recovered from a shallow sandy grave south east of Bangkok.
Malkoun, a former head of Australia's outlaw Comanchero biker gang who left Melbourne in 2013 to settle in Dubai, was also a convicted large-scale heroin trafficker.
Media reports said Schneider's wife was already living in Dubai.
Malkoun is said to have been linked to Melbourne real estate deals worth $13 million, involving a Russian woman, and had also developed strong connections into Russia through his time in Dubai.

Instead of hiding in a remote area and waiting for fleeing another country he was in a red light street famous with expat as well... No comment...

  4. I have many of the symptoms mentioned in the article (weight loss, distended stomach even though I have low body fat, swollen feet etc). I eat fine, feel fine, no pain, and drink quite moderately. The muscle loss had been going on for some time (months), the belly distending happened over a period of 4 days and remained since. I have had mild yellowing of the skin/eyes a couple of times, but usually disappears within a few hours.

I've been to 3 different doctors, had scans, blood test etc and all looks okay, but something is not right. I'm told all organs look normal and no signs of cancer, then I get a 'but...." and a pause, and they say something to the effect of "there is something that is stressing the liver, even though the liver looks okay". For anyone else that has this kind of thing, the blood work looks fairly normal except there is a huge amount of bilirubin in the blood (related to bile). I asked one hospital to drain some of the liquid from my belly area (it is behind the muscle wall, and in between the organs by the feel of it), where with an ultrasound they chose an area they could insert a rather large needle to drain it. They took out 3.5 litres of 'something' (I'm guessing water and bile, it was a mild brown colour), and 1 hour later I was 5Kg lighter (although I still felt there was several more litres to come out, that's all they would do in one session). It filled up again within a couple of days. The first two doctors said to drink lots of water, and the 3rd doctor said not to drink more than 1.5L water a day. All [ahem] great advice that fills me with confidence that hospitals are not necessarily the best place to spend your time.

If you look on the internet there are a huge number of possible causes (including pregnancy, though I'm male which makes that one somewhat improbable), and none of the doctors so far have nailed it. They have all given me diuretics, which sure sheds water, but not from where you want to see it go. Some have given me many tablets together, one of which smells like it's a multi Vit B, and I can't read what the others are I don't eat raw fish or bottom feeder sea or fresh water type food. I have to go back to the Doc early next month to review the situation, and I will specifically ask about Hep and liver fluke. I feel fairly sure it's somewhere in that area (where the stomach/liver/gallbladder etc converge).

Are you eating a lot of cold cut met, thai soup and stuff that contains sodium derivate and msg? It could be a cause...i had the same simptoms before...

  5. Must say, the video footage of both the plane coming down in flames and the Turkmen launching a Milan type missile on one of the rescue helicopters and destroying that on the ground was really top quality almost 100% professional standards which then leaves the question of whether this was a planned action from the start... was mentioned by the Russians just after the incident... Mmm strange ehh??

Turkey ? have stood by and probably gained from IS oil commerce, the question should be: What are you playing at? Again Russia looks in a lot better light than some countries at the moment... Putin has Co-oners and no doubt

Pisses me right off.... Very strict Money laundering controls are being imposed on normal people worldwide by banks claiming a fight against terrorist financing, making normal business dealing and the movement of funds difficult and frustrating for the average Joe, yet we have state officials involved in direct dealings with financing terrorists (ISIS) through the million dollar oil deals being done every day. There <deleted> all in on it. <deleted>! How are they moving tens of millions of dollars a day through which banks? Where the oversight on that?

  6. Hopefully they will get rid of the trashy teachers trying to teach English when English is not their first language. Half the time I can't even understand when the Filipino English teachers at my son's school try to talk to me in English.

    did you read the articles:

"The Education Ministry wants to cut back on foreign teacher recruitment to slash costs and focus on giving intensive language training to the Thai teachers.

Under the "train-the-trainer" program, a group of 500 Thai teachers who teach English in government schools nationwide will take part in an intensive six-week training course taught by English specialists from the British Council."

You will regret not having philipinos anymore...

  7. I agree that suicide is not a resolution. But you need to know, that we Russians are really proud people, we would never ask for money or help, that can bring us great shame.

Also, instead of going to Russian Church in pattaya and ask for help, he went to budistic temple?? Why? How they can help him?

It's not about beeing russian or proud. Every human beeing that made his life hard working would hate begging. This guy was not only financially broken, but also heart broken. He just couldn't stand it. You are correct, seeking help in the local community could had save him...

  8. I would say Putin is playing a dangerous game. The Soviet and American leaders of the past went to great lengths to at least appear that their forces did not get into direct conflict. That is because of the fear of all sides on the 8,000 plus nuclear warheads pointed at each other as well as escalation to a conventional third world war. Putin is a dangerous hot head that is deflecting his own piss pour management of Russian economy into blaming all bad on America.

Obama will not be president much longer, all America needs is for a Putin type hot head to get elected and let Armageddon begin.

Fuckin hell...I wish you were wrong...

  9. 8 months ago in Chiangmai I sat across an Australian fugitive who was offering to sell education visa to my 2 expat friends. All he needed was the passport and a deposit money and he would enroll his clients in a specific language school and get them the proper immigration stamps. He claimed to be working in collaboration with high level Chiangmai Immigration officers. My friends didn't go with because they didn't trust him with the money but how many people would be prepared to pay this crook to stay a year instead of making the stressful journey to the Lao border every 3 months. This is just one form of corrupt practice by the Immigration Department that uses Farang accomplices as baits. What others are there?

Did he had a red porsche 924? i don't remember his name, is it this guy? https://www.facebook.com/nigel.d.wells?fref=ts

  10. You whinny <deleted> ฺฺ๖ไtches complaining about the war in Vietnam, should remember that if it weren't for that war, Thailand would probably be a communist country now. You would have no place to P4P now. Go back to your little Tee Rak and see if she is available.

and, your point is what? Have another.

Ah ah! Nice one...yes, american here surely helped to get rid of communists...they probably failed in Vietnam but they suceed here. You made my day man!
