I really like my T-fal frying pan. It has a see-through glass lid with a vent. Good when you have something thicker to cook. And, obviously, you can see how the food is doing. I have seen it used on a Korean cooking show where all the contestants used one.

I think I heard that many Lao-owned businesses were squashed by Chinese ones. I know the local shops in Africa were wiped out by the Chinese competition.

I want to send money to a couple of Thai friends that I've known for years. I haven't sent money to Thailand in many years and, from what I can gather on this site, Transferwise is the best way to send about $100. Yes, I know what I am doing and am not crazy.
