Donald Trump is still winning, one hundred days in
jesimps replied to Social Media's topic in World News
This is what the left always do. They single out the one successful policy that is an absolute fact and say that all the others have failed. When it's proven beyond doubt that another policy has succeeded, they'll claim that all the others are a failure and so on. By the way, it was Joker Joe and Chuckles Harris who were responsible for the mass border crossings which Trump had to put right. I've still yet to see any policies being put forward by the Dems. What do they really stand for? All they seem to do is knock Trump. travel to El Salvador, roll out activist judges and encourage domestic terrorism. -
With friends like Thanedar and his Democrat mates, the US doesn't need enemies. I'm still waiting for the Dems to come up with one single positive policy. Instead, all they do is continually knock Trump and Musk and encourage left wing violence. It's hard to see them ever be elected again if they carry on like this. Remember, Trump has carried out his mandate to the letter, which was approved by the majority of the American electorate.

America has emerged....as an international laughingstock

Used to be a good paper, now it just sits on the fence. -
137 pounds a week, that's a fortune. After a working lifetime of paying NI contributions, I've been on 101 pounds a week since 2009 (I don't get serps). Fortunately, I do have a modest works pension. Due to the many millions of pounds the government chooses to throw at the illegals every single day - hotels, houses, food, clothing, mobile phones, medical treatment, driving lessons, VIP tours around football stadiums etc I reckon there's less than a minuscule chance of the policy on expat frozen pensions ever changing.

They haven't quit. They'll just find another cause to use to cause maximum disruption to what they see as the establishment. They're all anarchists who I view as no better than lice on the body of mankind.

I've no sympathy for Duffield, because despite all she's suffered and being thrown out of the Labout party, she still insists she's going to respect trans people's pronouns. How can you argue for stopping men from using female bathrooms and participating in womens sport when you still refer to blokes as "she or her"? Gives them a way back in in my opinion.

Seems to me that Trump is doing exactly what he promised in his manifesto. The vast majority of US citizens voted for him and his promises. It's refreshing to see a politician delivering on their pledges. Seems to me like political suicide for the Dems to be pursuing policies which the people are 80-20 against.

London Marathon Upholds Trans Inclusivity Despite Supreme Court Ruling

Why then when the blokes are heavily outnumbered by women do you get two blokes in the final? -

"Until more clarity is provided". I'll help him with clarity, if HE has a penis he's a bloke, if SHE has a vagina she's a woman. There, all sorted. Easy peasy, why try to make it complicated? -
Accident Horrific Motorway 7 Crash Claims Eight Lives

The lorry was speeding in "an emergency lane" or a "designated rest area". Sounds like the usual, driver sleeping or texting. -
Transport Driving Licence Renewals Go Digital: No More Tests Needed
jesimps replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Agreed, but it ties you and the staff at the driving licence centre up for a whole day. My last 5 year renewal I spent the morning assing about at one building, then the afternoon beggaring about at another. It's a bureaucratic nightmare really, even though us clever lads never found the process itself "difficult". I'd much prefer to do it from the comfort of my own home as long as they don't mess it up like the online 90 day. Yes I know that a lot of people have never found that process difficult, nor for several years had I, until I started getting refusals and I've had to go to Jomtien in person to do the last three or four. -
The correct way is to apply for a visa legally whilst in your home country. Even those claiming refugee status apply at the border, not wander across willy nilly making it almost impossible to send you back without the interference of Democrat-appointed activist judges. A secure border is the right course of action and was part of Trumps manifesto which the majority of the people in the US voted for. Refreshing for a politician to deliver on his pre-election promises.

What for illegally invading the US? Because that's what it is, an invasion without the use of arms. Why should it require an act of congress to repel an invading army?? Law-abiding people, when they want to enter a country apply for a visa whilst in their home country, only criminals and those with nothing to offer crash the border. This instantly makes them a lawbreaker, if they weren't before. Act of congress my rear end.

Report Swiss Man Faces Arrest in Phuket Over Alleged Assault on Thai Doctor

Kicking a woman when you're a guest in her country? Minor issue?? I don't think so. I thought this case had been dropped. -
The guy got what he deserved. However, the bouncers here should be trained to restrain rather than retaliate. After that bouncer's punch, if the drunk guy had hit his head and died, the bouncer would've been in a load of trouble. Therefore, it's also for the bouncers benefit to be less aggressive. After all he's paid to keep the peace. Saying that, I enjoyed seeing the pillock get knocked on his ass.
