Facebook is not effectively installed on your computer rather it is a web page I suspect you have a browser problem. Have you tried to access your account using another browser or computer? Does the same issue happen? The first step in any troubleshooting is to clear the browser cache/cookies. *For Internet Explorer browser: Press CTRL+SHIFT+DEL simultaneously and click Delete *For Google Chrome: Press CTRL+SHIFT+DEL simultaneously and click Clear Browsing Data *For Firefox: Press CTRL+SHIFT+DEL simultaneously and click Clear Now (other browsers are similar) Let me know if still an issue.

Unfortunately, most servers in Thailand have very poor security so you will get viruses and Trojans here. It certainly does not help if like some friends etc you look at certain sites and download pictures etc. The best way and simplest is to save your all passwords and important files to a USB memory stick etc, save all your contacts and emails and phone numbers and then reformat your laptop to a fresh setup and reboot your phone. Quite simple to do at any shop etc (Dr Com, 3rd floor, TukCom) if you are not confident doing it yourself. Windows Defender is a great protection system, but not foolproof. Never open emails and files from unknown sources. If you have a true Windows then make sure you keep the Windows Key etc to reload.
