I was just watching the news program about government employees working in a converted mine in Pennsylvania---its the dept that deals with retiring or wishing to leave Gov employment. The near unbelievable part about it is that they have no computers to work with---its all done by hand, sometimes it takes 3-6 months to OK the request to leave as the paper work is shuffled around the different dept in the Mine. 700 employees work there and because there are no computers the maximum amount of requests a month that they can process is 10,000 (something 2 or 3 computers would probably do in a day) apparently this has been the case since the 60s -so there is no one president to blame. However Musk (you know that really bad guy thats working on graft and inefficiency-that everyone hates) heard about it. Visited it---now its on the list . Federal employee retirements are processed using paper, by hand, in an old limestone mine in Pennsylvania. 700+ mine workers operate 230 feet underground to process ~10,000 applications per month, which are stored in manila envelopes and cardboard boxes. Gosh they have talked about this since I came to live here 25 years ago----& under Thaksin they even picked the place out for where the first Casino would be --- The Ambassador city in Pattaya/ Jomtien .

I Blame Trump for ruining the internet---- there is nowhere I can go without people blaming him for not fixing everything in the world after he has been in charge for at least 24 days........

Yer we really needed one---- Like we dont have many people doing that , even though he has been in a whole 24 days.... I wonder how the guy with the ice creme sitting in the deck chair is getting on--- do you think anyone has told him its all over---he might not of noticed , because his daily routine wouldn't have changed much for him.

You get flooding in BKK partly due to the fact that the Chao Phraya is a Tidal Estuary river , Like the Thames River in London--- or the Hudson River in USA, It flows both ways & when the ocean rises and there is also a lot of rain--- then the spillage. You can build a flood Barrier---Like they did 50 years ago in London---it is one of the largest movable flood barriers in the world. It does however do what they wanted. Or you could move just the government dept to Issan...
