New Issan Flavored Crisps.........

I have brought Protien from Lazada for years---unflavored doesn't have any sugar zero.... there are a lot of brands with no sugar I take Matel whey Isolate, as below--30 grams gives you 27 grams of whey Protien ---you can get better with added vitamins more expensive but many without sugar.

So bored in Thailand that you live on a Thailand internet site------ over 2,600 post just over a year....you must be living it up in Oz..........

Really enjoyed this one----- IMDB gives it ...8.4/10 The write ups give it a 10/10 It was BAFTA Award winner 2012 4 part Ch4 Drama series---- not a Doco--- its a 2011 release I got it from Chaos---but I see Pirates is still running it after 13 years. Also you can get some episodes through YouTube The Promise The Blerb--'The Promise' shows how Israel was born in violence & how the violence is maintained in the present day. Around this Kosminsky has drawn a gripping storyline of the granddaughter of a soldier in the British Protectorate searching out the mystery of her grandfathers story. Thus Erin, the granddaughter travels modern Israel while her grandfathers story shows late '40s Palestine & the birth of Israel. I do not give 10/10 lightly but 'The Promise' has earnt it as absolute top quality viewing

Vietnam / Malaysia / Myanmar....and of course Indonesia has over 2,700 subs. I know its a joke to always kick around Thailand defense forces, but they are not exactly surrounded by what one would call good friends.
