Man's Search for Meaning Viktor Frankl Frankle who developed logotherapy -book was printed in 1946, but still seems to be at the forefront whenever there are discussions in searching for a meaning in life. Its small & in 2 parts first his experience of years in concentration camp watching friends (and all his family ) die. He wrote the first part hiding the pages on his observations on why some people just give up and die --others continue day after day with the hardships. Its difficult to condense all what he explains in that small book thats still being printed but to me one sentence does seem to encapsulate it. “Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms— to choose one's attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one's own way.” I have it as an e-book if anyone wants it DM me---- (its an easy read ---not a deep weighty Tomb) Or on a lighter note Monty Pythons answer to it all was ---While the song Look on the brighter side of life was being playing the background was-: Try to be nice to people, avoid eating fat, read a good book every now and then, get some walking in, and try and live together in peace and harmony with people of all creeds and nations.

The steps (and a few other items) were not on the house land---thats wasn't his fault (his renting) the owner had encroached a little as most beach front houses seem to....all items have now been removed which didn't make the owner to happy .

I was just thinking lately that ASEAN seems to be getting back to its norm--and not 90% the American election , its been good, and after all that deluge of posting ---how many posters do you think changed their mind on the subject.......... yer ....................

Could you give us a link on that blaze Master -- I looked before asking. Also the confusion in some peoples minds re Pedophilia---and -- Ephebophilia , some states in America have age of consent at 18 Washington has it at 21 in certain circumstances On this forum (some) seem to feel that Pedophilia is going with any one under age of consent --when consent in so many European countries Like Germany --Italy etc etc is 14
