General Surachate Hakparn, popularly known as 'Big Joke', made his return to the Royal Thai Police headquarters this Thursday.
The former top police officer pledged to take legal actions against what he strongly believes is an internal conspiracy aimed at thwarting his chances of becoming Commissioner.
they really don't like him
if he becomes the next police chief - he could really ## them up, he gets my vote

sounds sensible but of course this government/pm will ignore sensible
I love to have heard the recent exchange between the BOT and PM on interest rate, my guess is it was a schooling for the PM

Think it best you post your online 90 day as soon as you get the email reminder, gives you plenty of time to try and sort a problem. Not sure, but, if you did a 90 day in person before, you don't get the reminder, only a reminder for the previous online application. ..🤗
If you do it on the day it is due, and the office has not got to you in time, it maybe rejected as late, perhaps something else to clarify by a member...🤗
I usually do it online about 5 days after the email reminder, there was no reminder this time but I was fully aware of the date regardless, all I will say is don't leave it to the actual due date because they literally interpret 15 days before as not including the "due date" a bit of common sense is absent when it comes to it, probably chasing the 2000baht fine for late reporting

that place has gone downhill, as I said already I reported online the day it was due and was rejected, reporting in person is no longer a simple task, copies of passport - current extension - arrival stamp - photo page - TM 47 filled in and then a wait of 1hr, you can no longer go to the desk with just your passport and 10min wait, a load of useless copies when all the info is already on their system, what a ## mess

mine was rejected (first time ever), submitted right on the due date and was rejected next day, my info hasn't changed in 10 years, log in don't have to change anything - just submit as is, the only reason I can think of is the IO ignored the date submitted and used the date he viewed it

Thailand and Thais have a habit of shooting themselves in the foot, never look a gift horse in the mouth it might kick you and spoil your day.
They are going to try and tax money I bring into this country every year, I won't be liable for tax in thailand but its the extra hoops I'm going to have to jump through just to show that, they think trying to tax retires will earn them billions - they really haven't thought it through

this type of selective biased reporting is not doing Phuket tourism any favors, how about a full report of all the checkpoints and how many DUI's were detected from all those tested, why just report on two foreigners

no they don't, these last few days I have avoided Hotspots for water fights and stayed dry, people still need to do normal things like shopping, eating or going to a gas station without threat of getting drenched

Sorn mentioned that he bought the foreigner a new cup of coffee but his wife threw it away and accused him of speaking rudely. Sorn insisted he did not use offensive language or behave poorly towards the couple.
you behaved poorly when you sprayed them with dirty water in a petrol station - not very bright was it, you should have at least replaced the now contaminated coffee and apologized at the very least

I wonder how many people working there were aware of the dangers, all employees at such a facility should have received special training in safety and procedures
