My advice having been through this many times. Bring your invoice and. packing list. Make sure every item is listed and there normally isn't a problem. 

quite normal as your items probably require a import permit. Normally ups gived 2 options the other is they clear under their name. I would ask about the other option.

also secured usa citi card, chase card and discover from Thailand

Thailand only uses fob so if the invoice is cif you will get the estimated 590 per kg. The thing with dhl and FedEx is there is almost no estimates so if the seller puts a price thats what youll pay on. As above shipping should be added on a separate line on the invoice. These to companies are great if you are filling out the Bl and invoice

I have the same plan (same price) with or without a new phone. The only difference is i have to maintain my plan for 12 months. If i had to pay more then i was previously paying you are correct im financing the phone. 

Yes true move does but its based on post paid acct not wp.  I got a new P30 pro for around 9000 baht. Same plan i had no increase only had to agree to keep my service 12 months which i would have anyhow. 

if you submitted the finance papers and gave a deposit then seems they are checking your details. Just ask your salesman for the finance representative and call him. 

Ive used PayPal {thailand} for the last 6 years although expensive very few issues. Unfortunately last year they changed policy where they keep their fees (4.5%) even if the order is canceled. Im not happy but it was acceptable. The problem which is a deal breaker there is no way to add funds to PayPal thailand. Basically if customer cancels PayPal deducts their fees its not possible to issue a refund until another customer purchases through PayPal.
