Can you write it in Thai please, or at least put it in a sentence to give it some context.

It's been answered on the other thread I made.

When I look at this forum all of the posts are jumbled up date wise with ads everywhere. That's why when I couldn't find this post, I thought it was gone, so I made another.

    Use a Seedbox. I

Hard to believe that people are still leaving their devices on all day and night in order to process Torrents. Primitivo!

Perhaps because the files are free. I just went to the seedbox website you recommmended and they charge to dl any file over 5O Mb.

None of this is relevant if you're routing with hardware (software and VPN apps are for amateurs), you just put a Pi at each end of the tunnel and plug in your LAN cable. It's essentially no different from a 10,000 kilometre long cable. There is nothing on the OS that can even come close to figuring out where it is. . . and it's trivial to change your timezone.

Interesting. Is the tunnel the LAN cable between the computer and router?

and the real reason for using Bit.ly; I provide support in my IPTV suppliers forum.

In the forum a client asked for VPN recommendations so I searched for Stacksocial, saw the offer was still on, copied the URL into Bit.ly. Searched for the VpN review, opened the review and copied the url into Bit.ly. Later, I came across the Wireguard review and likewise copied this url into Bit.ly for safe keeping.

There are  2 reasons for using Bit.ly in the IPTV forum:-

    i) I was sure this reguest would come up again and sure enought it has so now I have all of the info in one place, I don't have to repeat my search or look in my bookmarks.

ii) Providing support, it is painfully obvious clients do not read install instructions and we finish up having to direct clients to the instruction page. If a client asks for info and I store links in Bit.ly I have an idea as to whether or not they have bothered to read the support info I have provided.

If you think I am going to open the Bit.ly links and then copy each of the url's from the browser instead of just copying the shortened link you have got another think coming!

Anyay, it wasn't you who requested the info so you didn't have to stick your oar in!

Thank you for the vetted and shortened URL's--very professional!

For the scaredy cats, just type a + at the end of any shortened bit.ly link and all will be revealed. For example:  https://bit.ly/3nvYAzV+

It depends on the router. At my router I can find it in the router under Maintenance - > System Information - > DSL Information. I still have a VDSL connection since I live in a condo. If I pay enough I could switch to fiber but for my purpose like browsing, watching 4K movies and downloading perhaps 6 GB media files a day (not pirated) it wouldn't make a difference.

Thanks. I'm looking on Skyworth router which has fibre. I can't even find maintenance, let alone connection details.

Reply from a similar recent thread:

For actual unlimited data SIM; DTAC is the cheapest, at 1390 baht for 12 months of Internet usage: https://www.lazada.co.th/products/sim-net-dtac-dtac-10mbps-12-muntookdee-i1154204644-s2700554573.html

    Then Truemove H at 1890 baht; https://www.lazada.co.th/products/10mbps-sim-net-true-1-4g-unlimited-i548834295-s995312071.html

    Followed by AIS @ 2199 baht: https://www.lazada.co.th/products/ais-8-mbps-10-mbps-24-1-i1609074603-s4399518021.htm

But first get a normal 50 baht SIM and run a speed test to make sure you can get the full 10 Mbps.

If you want to use it for your home Internet connection, you can buy a router:

    https://www.lazada.co.th/products/tp-link-300-mbps-wireless-n-4g-lte-router-tl-mr100-3-by-vnix-group-i1360246763-s3435058265.html

    or

Their Official shop charges more: https://shopee.co.th/shop/52924097/search?shopCollection=7603552

Of course tethering from your LG phone will work too 5G not an issue since you will be capped at 10 Mbps.

Hey guru, do these sim cards come with a number which can be used to call out from?

Also, how would I go about registering the sim card with my passport?

I am not talking about the speed that you get when you use a speed test. I am talking about the speed that the modem shows for up and downloads. This is the speed at which the modem communicates with their server. You find this in the modem.

My modem shows this. Yes a very slow connection compared to yours. But not even 4K videos are a problem. The first two numbers show the connected speed.

Is this info found in tje router config page?

    I would start with https://www.omise.co/

They support Alipay, and can likely tell you how other methods might be supported.

    Thanks.

I checked them out but unfortunately after reading reviews companies have left about them on Google and Facebook, I'm left wondering if I would have trouble communicating with them in Thai language, let alone corresponding with them in English language. I wish it wasn't this way.

  9. Hi

I:m building a Thailand based website which will need a one-stop payment gateway for consumers in China to make payments to Thailand for services. The gateway will need to accept all major Chinese payment methods such as WeChat Pay, AliPay, UnionPay, TenPay, and so on.

All TV member experiences and recommendations most welcomed.
