key word: APPEARS

I was unable to Rock and Roll all night, just part of everyday. Went to 711 and it was closed, so yeah the curfew impacted me directly.
Thats actually the funniest part of curfew. IF you're a thai you know what im talking about, the situation goes:
Two friends start fighting, one guy say "do you want to have problem with me? (Ha reang lor)"
and the second guy say "YEah, meet might behind the 7-11 tonight at its closing time" <--jokingly thought it would never happen
All those guys who've had that situation happen before, be prepared to have the fight of your life...lol

Nope, i stayed in the house the whole day and chat+watch tv+play online games.

Passengers can get there, they just have to present a passport and a boarding pass. Anyways, the CRES already announced that anyone with a late night job, e.g. airport can go to work if they can provide evidence that they work at the airport, although there will be a lot fewer taxis during curfew time and you might just have to take an airport limo if you dont have your own car.

If im not mistaken some schools have mandatory retirement age, around 60-70 i think-different schools are different though
-
you need city bank platinum card (credit Card), if im not mistaken (i think Emporium has connections with city bank)

Why pay for western education to get asian salary? It is not needed. Get the Thai or other Asian education (much Cheaper) and can be just as good or better depending on the school. Then go west for the higher salary, maybe better chance at one of the larger firms ( more offices, locations to apply).
If you are going into economics/accounting/finance think of ROI. Western education $40k/yr = $160k BS degreefor a job that pays most $12k-24K yr. At that rate you will pay back a no interest loan in how many years?
It maybe that his family lives here.

Ma can be used as come, or coming from, or from

The following link may help the OP,

I am the first to admit I dont read enough Thai, I tend to speak as I hear it.
Examples would be,
ซื้ออะไรมา, I meet a friend in the soi who is coming home after shopping.
ไปเที่ยวมา, I meet a friend who is returning home.
The other problem we face is the difference between spoken and written Thai.
Plus the different versions of spoken Thai.
กินข้าวยัง
ทานอาหารแล้วหรือยัง
The same question, illustrating the differing layers of spoken Thai.
the reason for the phrase กินข้าวยัง is the same reason english has slang, it is because the language is shortened by the need for speed-
ทานอาหารแล้วหรือยัง is just the full version

you wont be able to do all 44 because there is no direct translation for all thai consonants and definitely no direct translation for all of the vowels
-
It's because transliteration doesn't work.
Big shopping mall in ChiangMai pronounced Gat Su-an Gairw but written on the signs as Kad Suan Kaew (กาดสวนแก้ว) ... try asking a local where that place is!
I always wondered if it were deliberate to stop foreigners trying to learn Thai, or making it as difficult as possible.
Also you get the diffuculty of แ being written in roman script as 'AE' when it should be 'AIR' so Mae Rim and Mae Sai should actually be pronounced Mair Rim and Mair Sai.
The r is not evident in the thai pronounciation so they decided not to use the "air"

THey did, i was on the bts through there during the protest (when they were open) the govt send a message telling me to get out because its not safe and there are terrorist in there.

To is still used in rankings of military and police. the numbers are aek (1), to (2), and tree(3) where aek is the highest rank.
It is also still used in college degrees where aek is a PhD, to is a graduate/masters degree, and tree is an undergraduate/bachelors degree

"Me arom" is to have emotions, the internet meaning is what thais say when they dont want to directly say erection, but its translation (excluding the underlying meaning) just means to have emotions.
the words should be followed by an emotion
e.g. "Mee arom grod kaen": "grod kaen" means angry with feelings of vengence, therefore the sentence would mean "to have angry and vengeful feelings/emotions."
-
Your translation is ok, the redundancy is just a typo

Will Seh daeng be considered top government leader?
Anyway, it is too late.
He is dead.
No. first because he was not in the government and 2nd because he was a crazy, egotistical zealot who let him self become Thaksins rabid dog. You put down rabid dogs.
But he did get a royal funeral.
As though it really matter for him?
Did he ?
I the funeral involved something given from the king, not sure if its a royal funeral...but i think he got that because he used to be a royal guard (faction of soldier whose job is to protect the royal family) (pronounced: Taharn Ongkarak in thai)

Monks aren't supposed to be part of political activities because they are supposed to reach a point of letting go all the materialist things in the world, where he has only him and his own mind.
In the case of thailand, it is in the buddhist commandments, it prohibits drinking or violence, so any monk caught drinking or doing anything violent may be charged with fraud, and be asked to forfeit his monkhood.

Totally agree, when ever a criticize a red or Thaksin, i am accused a yellow, when ever i criticize Abhisit or the yellows i get accused of being the reds, I hope there is a middle path in all of this and money and greed would not consume THailand into a land of Chaos, rather than a land of smiles

Did you consider that you were so drunk you probably couldn't walk straight let alone drive straight.
-
It is often used as a connector, for example B is the cause of Event A, the sentence would go as:
Event A happened ซึ่ง (which) caused by B
it is also you used in other ways, but i dont know how to explain them in words....hopefully a more professional teacher comes help you, G'luck

This link will help you convert the PDB to a PDF file:
http://www.frihost.com/forums/vt-4925.html
Then use word 2007 to open a PDF file or using Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional to convert the PDF to a word doc.
After that copying from word to excel should be easy.

There is sarcasm in Thai but it is not used as a form of humor, but more of an offensive type statement (used to insult someone but make it sound nicer than it really is)-to do it you must be able to play with the sounds of the words.
The sounds are important like english, but they are different type of sounds that is why thais dont understand western sarcasm and westerners dont understand thai sarcasm.

Sorry, the warrant is only written in Thai, not English, nor French, nor Montenegrin.
But it can be translated into English when used as a cause for extradition, and it is reported by english language newspapers so i should be recognized.

Heard this on the news yesterday, if im not mistaken the news reported that he entered thailand on 4 occasions but there were no records of him ever leaving. And they checked with the australian authorities and found out he was an ex-soldier trained to be a sniper.

the origin is superstitious, and its seen in many thai movies...some of the older stories say its bad like to say how cute a baby is--thats why they say "Na Chung"
