    With a grinder, big screwdriver & a hammer a 120kg safe will be opened under a half hour for amateurs. I have a old one here where I lost the keys & forget the code. I was surprised how easy it was.

    I opened it self because the shop wanted 1.800,- THB for opening & 1.800,- THB for a new lock. 2.hand price start around 3.500,-THB.

    But after I saw how easy it was to open it, I decided to use the money for go dinner with my wife.

    For sure!!! We have 2 houses on our meter with 6 people. We have 3 x 12.000BTU aircons (09:00pm- 8:00am running), 2 freezer/fridgr combis, 1 fridge, 3 TVs, 2 PCs, 2 notebooks running, a lot of LED lights and some cameras and the bill is between 2.500 (winter) - 3.800 (summer).
    So for sure something is wrong at your appartement.

    If the pressure outsite is fine it can't be a problem with the pump. Maybe the mesh filters of your faucets or showers are cloked or the pipes direct behind the faucets are almost closed from iron particels.
    Easy to fix.

    A simple matter of regulation. All motorcycle and car rentals need to be regulated:

    1. All drivers must have a required driver's license.

    • if the driver fails to prove this at a police check, the vehicle will be seized & the car/motorcycle rental company will have to pay the seizure (towing costs & parking fee) plus 50,000 THB fine.
       
    • if the driver causes an accident without a driver's license, the car/motorcycle rental company must be liable for all personal injury and property damage.

    2. Each vehicle in a car/motorcycle rental requires 1st class insurance.

    • If the driver cannot prove this insurance at a police check, the vehicle will be seized & the car/motorcycle rental company will have to pay the allowance (towing costs & parking fee) plus 100,000 THB fine.
       
    • if the driver causes an accident without 1st class insurance, the car/motorcycle rental company is liable for all personal injury and property damage.

    And the problems are gone.

    Yet Another Lazada story !

    It is not just a random COD delivery. You ordered something on Lazada and when it is delivered you have to pay the exact price of the Lazada order. So the first thingking is: Oh, that's fast. You know you ordered something for this price. I recconised  first later when I wanted to start a return that on Lazada it is still on status "Packed".

    Do you look every day inside that the item is shipped? Me not. But now I check it before I pay.

    On Lazada it is "Packed" but not "Shipped". So Lazada is not involved. The shop use his own courier & Lazada don't know it. If you have than problems, than it's your fault. Lazada can't help you. You only can report it to Lazada, but it's up to them to close this shop or not.

    But you have to take care. I ordered COD last month a lady leather wallet. It was still "Packed" on Lazada as it arrived and my wife paid it. 

    When she openend the pack a cheap 20 THB glass bottle was inside. We contacted Lazada and they said they can't do something because it is not shipped. So we contacted the courier and they stoped the payout to the seller, proofed our statement  and next day we got out money back.

    On the next day the shop was closed on Lazada.

    If you order something on Lazada and it is still on status "Packed" and not shipped, but it is delivered already to you, don't accept it. You can't get your money back from Lazada if something is wrong or damaged, because Lazada not get your money. On Lazada it is only packed and after 7 days it will be "Cancelled". 
    The courier payout the COD direct to the shop.
