  1. A group of Royal Marines were out a yomp when they saw a girl about to jump off the Tamar Bridge. So they stopped to see if they could help rescue her. George, their leader, a big burly man of 33, stops with his buddies, walks through a group of gawkers, past the Policeman who was trying to talk her down off the railing, and says, "Hey Baby...whatcha doin' up there on that railin'?" She says tearfully, "I'm going to commit suicide!!" While he didn't want to appear "sensitive," George also didn't want to miss this "be-a-legend" opportunity either so he asked ..."Well, before you jump, Honey-Babe...why don't you give ole George here your best last kiss?" So, with no hesitation at all, she leaned back over the railing and did just that ... and it was a long, deep, lingering kiss followed immediately by another even better one. After they breathlessly finished, George gets a big thumbs-up approval from his marine buddies, the onlookers, and even the Policeman, and then says, "Wow! That was the best kiss I have ever had, Honey! That's a real talent you're wasting, darling. You could be famous if you came on a date with me. "So why are you committing suicide?" "My parents don't like me dressing up like a girl."
  2. Ones got to be blind, or absolutely minus the grey matter, not to spot that! How many people here can accept REALITY as it is with an open and unbiased mind? We drape ourself with the superiority cloak and croak without any substance.
  3. I guess this decision would be taken only by a handful of AN members who have nothing good to say about Thailand while still living there. Such negativity is only found here at AN and before on TV. I guess been a member here we get some sort of a 'privileged' status - where we are way above the Thai people and anything to do with Thailand?
  4. Yes, sometimes the truth hits one very hard...especially if one does not like to accept it!
  5. But lose money and beg for food and money. All with a straight face? What a loser
  6. Nothing like that was mentioned. If it did happen, definitely it would have been published.
  7. An exception to the rule. This happens.
  8. For the confused and sad this is a fact. How many free meals do you distribute per day? Or at least per year, without expecting anything back? Even a thank you?
  9. I replied to @ ezzra's post. Guess you must read the entire thread.
  10. Ask Ms. Chanyaphak Thanakulwittaya, 27 years old, and know that before the incident, she had an argument with her husband. and tried to fight for the fruit peeling knife The length was about 15 centimeters, but she couldn't fight with her strength, so her husband grabbed the knife and started waving it back and forth. He tried to grab the knife again. As a result, the knife cut into the hand, causing the aforementioned injury. Cant say she attacked him with a knife? Too little information to understan clearly what really happened. Can speculate to each persons liking, I guess.
  11. I cant imagine getting out of the house without my purse, let alone travel to a foreign country. How do they do this? Or is it a scam? Just to save money.
  12. No such thing as a free lunch on this planet.
  13. This is definitely the landlord's duty. Call him immediately and report the matter.
  14. I bought an American Standard one for about ~600 Baht and it has been working without an issue for many years. I feel th price was worth it, compared to 100-200 range which fail quite soon.
