Thailand's NVI Backs AstraZeneca Amid Controversy
rattlesnake replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Its coming out right now. My wife's GP told her just two days ago that she made the biggest mistake of her life by believing the vax narrative – she is triple-jabbed and was very much pro-"science" just two years ago. She is currently taking lots of supplements to try to compensate the drastic decline in her health. From NewsNation: -

Fauci, March 2021. "The science" speaks. DR. FAUCI: Yeah. The vaccine hesitancy surrounding AZ, related to reports from the European group that there was a greater incidence of thromboembolic events associated with the vaccine: during this trial here, there was no indication at all. [...] And the European Medicines Agency — the EMA — indicated in their examination that they did not see an increased risk of these types of events. https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/press-briefings/2021/03/22/press-briefing-by-white-house-covid-19-response-team-and-public-health-officials-18/ -
"Phongsak's solitary housing circumstances, his underlying conditions of an enlarged heart and pulmonary edema, along with his unwillingness to open his door for ventilation, all contributed to this tragic event." So he did not die because of the heat but of heart disease at the young age of 39. Lots of people have an enlarged heart and other cardiac damage these days.

Motorcycle Rider Dies in High-Speed Collision

More likely the impact damaged the speedometer. The largest XMAX model, the 400, can reach a top speed of 160, but it doesn't seem likely/possible that he was travelling at that speed on the road seen on the picture. -

Apart from the fact that temperatures in Thailand are totally normal, Europe is currently in a cold spell. I recall listening to an "expert" once on the radio, who explained (in awkward, convoluted terms) that unusual cold spells were actually a normal consequence of global warming… As long as people take these clowns seriously, why should they stop? 24/04/2024: As Europe endures an unusual cold snap, many fruit farmers are concerned for their summer harvests. https://www.euronews.com/my-europe/2024/04/24/europes-fruit-farmers-worry-as-unseasonal-frosts-threaten-harvests

Or that nutcase who held Trump's bloody severed head before the cameras…

De Niro called for physical violence against Trump ("I wanna punch him in the face"), I don't recall Hannity or Carlson advocating for physical assault against anyone.

Say the wrong thing, harm the wrong people and you will go from hero to zero in an instant. Look at Susan Sarandon or Roger Waters. I actually agree with De Niro on his view linking vaccines to autism (this is the comment I responded to). He was going to show a film about it at the Tribeca festival, but gave in to pressure to remove it. If he hadn't, he would have lost a lot of "friends" and contracts.

I know the topic very well, from the late 19th century to the present day, and the notion that Israel offered a two-state solution in 2000, 2005, 2007, 2009, 2010 and 2020 is new to me. -

Apologies, I misread your comment in my above response, I thought you said "it is not about the will". There was the will on the Palestinian side in the 90s, from the PLO, which was weakened and replaced by the radical Hamas. Who was pulling the strings? -

Okay so 1993, Oslo Accords. Before they could be applied, Rabin was assassinated by an extremist whose ideas were aligned with the Likud and the Netanyahu faction then took over. Their leitmotiv is to never ever accept a two-state solution. Greater Israel, from the Euphrates to the Nile. As Ben Gurion told his son in a letter in 1937, partition would be a first step to “possession of the land as a whole.” -

"What should Israel do…" To begin with, pubicly state that it agrees to a two-state solution, then act upon it. -
