Hi all,
So, I lost my wallet with my 2 week old Thai license (2 year Temp license).
What's the procedure to get a duplicate?
Unfortunately the 1st step is a 3 hour drive to the Transport office, hoping one of you can tell me what I need.
TIA -
Don't forget to add probiotics after, to rebuild gut flora.

Worse than that I am not sure it even does anything [much] - at least not enough to offset the damage it does you. If I had known then what I know now I would have avoided it or stopped after 4 sessions before the accumulation damage starts- no difference in effect according to some research.
yup. I refused it after finding a study that it would only benefit me about 5%, I was lucky to find a friend who showed me that study. reach out in a pm if you wish. take care.

I have 2 large concrete rings one on top of other in my small sheltered back garden.
I circulate the water which has a bit of chlorine in it with a pump and filter to save water, so it's more like a sitting tub pool instead of a swimming pool. ????
picture please?

Hi friends,
who's got an oversized tub? are you happy with it? do you use it or is it too hot here?
looking for a big one, everything I see online here is too small.
