  1. HI-

I'm off to get my Non O based on marriage to my Thai husband.

Do the below DOCS need to have original signatures on each paper from him or just copies?

To visit as a spouse of a Thai nationality, Fiance and Fiancee are not included in this category.
    - A copy of a valid and effective marriage certificate.
    - A copy of Thai passport /or Thai I.D. of the spouse.
    - A letter from the spouse verifying that the applicant and the spouse are still married and the purpose to visit Thailand.

    Thank you!

    HH

  2. My friend suffers from Cluster headaches.

She finally found a drug in Holland that works. IMITREX (Sumatriptan)

Anybody know if they sell this drug here in Thailand? Here in the South, nobody has it.

If we buy it online, what is a good, reputable online drug store that ships to Thailand?

    Best,

    HH

  3. Hi ALL,

It is almost time to renew my NON-IMM O (based on Marriage) Nov 1st

After we summit our papers, the officer stamps my visa an additional month (Dec 1st) whilst it's being processed in Bangkok.

During the "waiting time” Am I allowed to leave the country? I have multiple entry exit permit which expires with the visa. Do I need to buy an additional exit permit?

Any experience with this scenario? If I do leave it seems I would be stamped back in until DEC 1, at which time I would return to my local immigration office (before Dec 1st) and collect my 1-year visa.

Thanks for your time. HH :jap:

  5. I just bought my macbook online http://www.apple.com/th ( thai ) and they shipped it for free from china to my home on a remote Thai island.

same price as the US site. Highly recomend the customer service. called toll free and talked to folks in singapore. they were also flexible with payments (used a credit card and SCB transfer) good luck! PS apple care is accepted everywhere.

  6. hi mac lovers, just got my new macbook online shipped from China. very happy and good service with the apple store in Thailand.

Im wanting to get applecare. any one used this site http://www.ishopandmore.com/ ? Im weary of their super cheap prices. Or can recommended another option> Ive found it online with Amazon too . I live in a very remote place so pantip is not do-able.

Just trying to save a few baht :-)

    Thanks gang HH

  7. Hi Pete,

It's easy, just ask her out.

A date dose not necessarily translate into marriage and children. Save that part for your 100th date or you might scare her away.

In the U.S. a date is just a date.

Oh, and dont worry about the immagration benefits, remember that works both ways here. :)

    Good luck and have fun!

  8. HI Krystal,

I've been living in Krabi for 7 years with my Thai husband- when I arrived to teach on our Island I was the only farang in the village. Thats not the case anymore. There is an expat group in Krabi Town, mostly teachers. And many, many farangs out on the islands - PM me if you like and Welcome to TV!

  9. If you bought the house while you were married the Thai Law says its half yours.... Do you have reciepts of things you bought? google this site and look at some lawyers sites and find the Thai law- its in English and you can translate it into Thai- using google translate. show it to him, when things are calm. Cant hurt.

But, PLZ don't jepordize your safety. be safe, and my thoughts are with you. If you need to talk PM me... Im married to a Thai man too.

  10. I need a re entry permit for my N0N Imm-O.

A while back I read I HAD to get it from my local Immigration office, where I live.

But, it’s a few hours drive out of the way.

Can I still get one at Swampdoom International Airport? Or will they turn me away? What about Suan Plu?

    Recent experiences?

    Thanks!
