I buy Frontguard from Lazada, much cheaper than at the local pet supply and a lot cheaper than Frontline. It has the same ingredients and works fine. I've been using it for years, raising golden retrievers.

I e34mailed BBl andasked them about getting my OTPs sent visa email and they said that I could only get them by SMS. She also said that they could not be sent to an international number. But also said that if you keep your phone with a Thai Sim card on and set it to international roaming that I would get the SMS with the OTP. I guess that's what Langsuan man does. I also rarely do something that needs an OTP.

Don't know if it's the right forum or not, if not Mods please redirect.
I'm going back to the US and still want to have access to my bank account here on a monthly basis. Does anybody know if you can access and use Bangkok Bank's Bualaung Banking website from the US, or are you blocked out because you are using US Ip address. I can only access some websites in the US by using a VPN.

Bread maker delivered and baked my first loaf. Turned out good.
i can’t find how to programme the fruit and nut dispenser however.Any ideas.
When I first bought the ting I wonder the same thing. I wanted to make some raisin bread so I put them in the dispenser and some where during the process I head "bang, Bang" and the bread turned out perfect. Try the french bread recipe in the book, It's good and I have even used the same recipe and put on dough and took it out a baked hamburger tools in the oven with sesame seeds on top.

Is this thread not available for new ads. I tried to post a new ad but there is no "start New Topic" button to click on. How do you post an ad?

Yeah, so it seems. Apart from moaning to tech support there's not a lot I can do I'm afraid.
When Mods moan doesn't that get a higher priority than a peon's moan?

The PM system is screwed up. I wasn't able to reach two others via PM stating that they couldn't receive PMs Glad that you got it.

Model number (or links) of the drill-press, bench-vice & welder?
What size/type cables on the welder?
The drill press above is a King but was quickly bought by the local farming Coop when I told them I was selling it and it was already in their shop. I do have a much cheaper 5 speed Okura YD-13P with a drill press vice that I would sell for 1500 baht but have no idea about shipping it. They are available new, without vice, from Lazada for 2590 with free shipping www.lazada.co.th/products/okura-yd-13p-13mm-4-13-250-japan-5-speed-drill-press-13mm-5-speed-13hp-2620rpm-versatile-compact-unit-for-do-it-yourself-diy-hobby-drilling-of-metal-wood-plastic-i105440430-s106072909.html.
The welder is a Bison BX5 - 250 Arc Welder, It comes with the standard cables supplied with the machine and 20 meter. 35mm2 copper cables that I built myself. It's Benn retrofitted with a 32amp ac input connector and comes wit a 20 meter, 3x6 copper ACT input cable also with a 32amp plug and the mating plug. The cables alone are worth more than the asking price of 1500 baht for scrap.
The vice is a IRWIM record with 125mm width jars (5"). It has a 360o rotating base and the jaws rotate 360o to another set of jaws for gripping pies. I bought it from KTW but their website no longer display this vice. I am unable to find a model number stamped anywhere on it.

What a great selection for someone.
It was the sewing machine that caught my attention though, losing that must really hurt.
It was meant to catch your wallet not your eye, eyecatcher! It comes in handy to sew up covers for equipment and other things such as seat covers for the three John Deere combines that I imported and also to repair the cheap Chinese clothing you get here that's made with dissolving thread.
-
I got it. Will ship today, thanks.
-
I had Crossy, a mod, Check out the PM system and it works fine from both him and a regular member.
-
Still didn't get it something must be wrong as I have been receiving PM's from Crossy all morning. Send me an email to <contact made so email removed>

What's going on? I see that the 2500 baht has been transferred to my account, but I have not received a PM with your Name, address and telephone number so that I can ship it to you. The telephone number so that Kerry can contact you before delivery, the address is obvious!
-
I understand! I only go in the bank once a month to transfer my pension payment to a usable account which has to be done in person. Everything else is done via the internet.
-
I sent you a PM with some pictures and my Bangkok bank details. I'll take the bread machine to Kerry and have them opack and ship it as soon as the 2500 baht is transferred to my account. The ball's in your court.

I’ve just remembered that Kenny202 was looking for a meat slicer last year.
Thanks. I already had an inquiry about the meat slicer including picing it up. If it doesnt pan out I'll PM Kenny202.
-
I also have a commercial meat slicer with a 12" blade with a bul=ilt in sharpener. I've seen them for 300000 baht in Makro and a scaled down version for as low as 105000 on Lazada. I'd take 5000 baht for it but don't know how I would ship it as it's bulky and very heavy.

money exchange
in Central Thailand
Posted
I'm currently in the US and changed some Thai Baht to USD at the local branch of Bangkok Bank. But effective around the 16th of March they stopped doing any exchange at the bank and I had to get rid of my excess Thai baht at Super Rich at Swampy before I left. I expect that the order only affects the banks and not any of the exchange outlets located in Bangkok. Put money exchange Petchabun into google and you will get a list on many places in Petchabun Province, all in Thai with no websites, but I imagine that you could contact one of them and do the exchange for a <deleted>ty rate but probably cheaper than driving to Bangkok.
