If you want cool weather why on earth are you visiting the tropics ? FYI Thailand is in the tropics and the average temperature 30 - 35 c.

I used KeyVisa - www.keyvisa.com They charge 5000 bt which saved me two overnight visits to Bk so for me was good value. It only took 4 weeks to process. You will need to go to immigration when you get your new PP to get your visa/extension of stay moved to your new PP. A simple process. Don't forget to also inform your bank and driving license office about new PP.
