When a good crosses a border multiple times it's almost always temporary. So when you said it can cross many times or even hundreds. These products are almost exclusively temporary imports.

I've done it literally thousands of times with all kinds of different products. Asking you to trust me is silly. However I do have over a decade experience working as a customer broker.

Yet you forget that as of April 5 there is not temp. exemption as poster before.

Not at all. You need to understand temporary imports first. It's you who mentioned it to begin with.

I never mentioned temporary imports. YOU did. I talk about Boeing, you go to auto parts!

I'm talking tariffs. ALL over the world tariff. Try and keep up.

This is also not so simple too. Before with nafta...and I'll assume with usmca...for a good to qualify as a nafta origin only a certain percentage of the total product needed to be from say Mexico.

I will guess that part of why trump is doing this is because of the shady tactics China is using in Mexico now to avoid duties

Only my opinion but was In the industry for many years.

I'm talking Boeing. Not Mexico/Canada/Usa. Big parts of Boeing come from Italy.

Now might be the time to apologise for your first comment, clearly out of line.

  4. As of April 5, 2025, there is no active temporary tariff exemption specifically for Boeing parts. Recent developments have led to the imposition of new tariffs affecting the aerospace industry:WSJ+1WSJ+1

    • End of Duty-Free Status: The U.S. administration has introduced tariffs that terminate the 45-year duty-free status previously enjoyed by aerospace manufacturers like Boeing and Airbus. This change disrupts a longstanding World Trade Organization agreement that allowed tariff-free trade of aircraft and components among member countries.

Why would that surprise anyone when lefties and Dems are out demonstrating that they'll break whatever laws they must in order to get their way?

A better race to follow is North Carolina, where the Dem candidate's 700 vote lead is being tested because 65,000 voters were registered illegally.  The NC Court of Appeals has requested that the election officials clean up that mess or remove those 65K ballots from the results.

    The Don.

Stupid indeed to think you're Bob, the little mosquito that just refuses to get wapped. The crypto trillion-aire. LOL

Now that you are Italian is the 5 trillion in Lira's? Just thinking how the Italian people were surprised when they got the Euro. First time real money.  Can you imagen the number of zero's they had to erase.
