  1. They have had several years to come up with a plan to prevent/mitigate flooding, why should they get a break when they only decide to do something now, when it is far too late?
  2. That is interesting as in all my 42 years of traveling the globe on almost every continent I have never once been asked if I had another passport, and that includes passing national borders throughout the EU.
  3. Spoken like someone who is clearly not one of those same homeless and destitute people.
  4. I am certain they have already thought about it. Both the NHS and the EMA have guidelines which state "COVID-19 Vaccine AstraZeneca is for intramuscular injection only, preferably in the deltoid muscle of the upper arm. Do not inject the vaccine intravascularly, subcutaneously or intradermally.
  5. Strange, I cannot find any reference to the truck being refrigerated in the story. Where did you see that?
  6. Interesting, considering that in 40 years, I have never had an item sent by DHL lost.
  7. It is 100% hereditary although it occasionally skips a generation. Every procedure currently available has a fairly high rate of regression unfortunately.
  8. Strangely enough, I use the same office and it has not worked for me for almost 3 years since I changed passports.. Until two weeks ago when I tried it again and it worked just fine.
  9. 27%, but this is of course going by official figures which say there are only 7.7 million residents in Bangkok.
  10. Sections 326–328 of the Thai Criminal Code establish several defamation offences with sentences of up to two years’ imprisonment and fines of up to 200,000 Thai Baht . The defences to defamation charges provided by the Criminal Code fall far short of international standards. Moreover, private parties may initiate criminal proceedings against others by filing a complaint with the police or directly with courts. These factors open the door to the arbitrary and abusive application of the law against activists, journalists, whistleblowers, and others working to advance the public interest.
  11. Dream on. Everyone has known for decades, it hasn't made any difference.
  12. I was told the same by the manager at my local Villa last week. One of the major distributors has shut down and it is affecting them.
  13. I have had Needle Aponeurotomy on both hands. To the best of my knowledge this is only performed in Chiang Mai by one doctor. The left hand is still good after 5 years with no recurrence. the right hand recurred in under a year and will require the procedure again. It is outpatient minimal invasive procedure that heals in days and costs 5000 baht. I Highly recommend this over the standard surgical procedure especially as recurrence can happen in both.
  14. Here you go ASEAN NOW, let me do your job for you. https://www.interpol.int/en/How-we-work/Notices/View-Red-Notices
  15. Better grip, can also be used to deactivate a grip safety without permanent modification.
  16. You forgot to mention that the SAME article also said "this finding not statistically significant". and "Favipiravir possibly exerted no significant beneficial effect in the term of mortality in the general group of patients with mild to moderate COVID-19. We should consider that perhaps the use of antiviral once the patient has symptoms is too late and this would explain their low efficacy in the clinical setting".
