  1. So many engines produced by ford and have I am only aware of the 3.2 is diesel and the v6 petrol is replacing it. 3.2 ad 2.2 is discontinued and in 2023 in Thailand there will be the 2.0 twin turbo diesel which came in 2022 as I understand it and a v6 3.0 petrol as far as I know.
  2. Have real Akrapo have bought fake Akrapo both db reading 85. The fake one the chrome flaked and the fake carbon fiber lookalike cover flaked off within 2 years there's the difference not the noise.
  3. I have friends who I see from time to time from, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Finland, Holland in Thailand that all speak English, 2 speak some Thai as I do but only enough for my needs. Only know 2 Thais that speak and can read and write English. My wife can speak some English enough to put up with me. ????
  4. Inline 5 has been in Thailand a good while and well known for going up very steep trails and towing heavy loads. I don't want the cost of either my Isuzu is very much low cost my speed thing is satisfied on a bike not in a box.
  5. Because the inline five is performing well enough. V6 no point in Thailand.
  6. Many big bikes have loud exhausts with legal ones and OEM exhausts on. What did was considerate.
  7. A remark and post lke yours shows a low level of IQ imho.
  8. Well there's a 3•2 inline 5 cylinder diesel turbo charged version which they have discontinued and be bought secondhand, no point in a V6.
  9. Some people like cities and they own independence I guess. Up to them.
  10. The BMW dealership in Bangkok will supply original parts. They may have to order.
  11. 1•9 Isuzu manual the same I only use 6th on highways 5th is my main gear. When in 4th going to 70 the dash signal says change to 5th and then goes to 90 before signal of go to 6th.
  12. I only go fast on my bike 70 , 80 at most around where I live in my truck.
  13. My normal driving about is eractic but mostly averages about 16 to litre going by the speedometer computer thingy. As you say on runs on highways you can get good average kilos.
  14. Well if you want performance you have to pay for it. My bike at best does 22 kilos to 1 litre of petrol. My 1•9 Isuzu driving like a granny can do 20 + kilos to a litre.
  15. No experience of US so I would guess as an immigrant allowed in USA and getting work is a lot better than an immigrant getting work in Thailand without assistance.
  16. Thanks info wasn't percifit where I read about the Rapter so a V6 petrol. They do 5•5 litre V8 petrol as well only in US I guess. If you pay getting on for 2 mil for a truck I don't think your bother about the price of fuel. ????
  17. Get a taxi and get your CTPL first if you're bothered.
  18. Biker on Al rain means cool weather. ????
  19. Apparently there are a lot of back orders. Do you know which one is available in Thailand. Many different engines available. See one Thailand price at nearly 1,900,000 baht. I think I'll keep my Isuzu. ????
