Your not far off there as when a KGB agent spills his guts he will be killed by the KGB so I'm sure your just joking because no KGB agent is going to be telling any casual friends that he is in the KGB and there are no ex- KGB, they die KGB. Its no longer called the KGB but the new name evades my memory right now.
l knew someone were gonna say that.

Having a beer today and thinking back, l know thinking can be dangerous it's just that the many bikes l have ridden over the years weren't mine they were either me test riding at bike shops or riding guys bikes that they brought to me for servicing them.
The bike l really liked the engine of & riding was the VFR750 but never got to buy one because l could not get on with the look of it, l bought my 92 Blade because it had a similar look to the RC30 & even a better look of the RC45 and affordable.
What was it that anyone here got because you just had to have it. ?

Now that's one cool baby. Any idea if they are road legal with all due paperwork done and where you can purchase one such model?
Of course you can and if you get a work permit you can sell hot-dogs.

Not accorded to my old ex-KGB friends, l could pm you and tell you but then l'd have to kill you.

can't stomach 100 Pipers
In moderation l find 100 OK neat better than 285 but only when my single malt runs out.
Psychological l think you've hit hit the nail on the head.

I don't know first hand on quality.
Reason I know how much they cost was while I was in Toyota a Thai chap had had his drivers seat recovered. They were just finishing the job.
Poked my nose is as you do and he told me the price. Finished job looked like new. At 30thbt should have done. Motto take care of your seats.
I mentioned you because l think it was you that had a drivers leather seat renewed one time it weren't cheap, so my conclusion is quality, l remember a thread way back that referred to Bentley motors only used the top quality leather on seat and there was many types of leather used in cars hence the different prices.

There was only one 2001 CBX1000 l could find for sale in Thailand which came out in 1976.
Couldn't find a Z1300 it was only mentioned on a Thai web site which came out in 1978.
UK Bike mag had a 'Cool bike' article back in 2006 and the Z1300 won the ' Extreme Cool ' section, l rode one and it certainly was a monster.
A great laugh for me were last lines they wrote the Z is cooler than CBX cause the Z1300 is a buffalo of a bike, a huge snorting bison of a thing, so heavy and cumbersome it's a full upper-body workout just lifting it off the side-stand.
Drop one and you'll need a rescue party with slings and hoists to get the over 300kg monster upright again.
The CBX is, by comparison , rather dainty, bit of an angel-cake, so simple angel-cakes ain't cool Buffaloes are.

Didn't you know that Russia took them from Iraq before the US got there to make the US look silly.

Russia "warns" U.S.? Russia is only a gas station with an army.
Very funny !! Well they can send 7300 nuclear weapons and USA can only send 7100 so that's America's fault, they should catch up.

Bells is OK not to everyone's taste but as a mixer it will be fine.
Myself as Whisky goes it's single malt 18 year or more.
If you want a blended whisky for mixers then 100 pipers or the 285 brand are at a reasonable price about 280 for 70cl a litre is around 500.

Could the reason that the price is so low be that there is a glut of lam yai in the market place?
Part of the problem is that if several farmers in an area grow a fruit and make a big profit, then all the farmers do the same.
Spot on Bill same old same old, the coffee shop scenario, European restaurant just to name a few.

So you are saying Russia doesn't meddle in other counties politics?
Yes , you don't have to be that naïve to know no more than US , UK, Germany, China, and maybe many more in this more advanced digital age.

Dunno but if you have to put the bike through the test thing they do at Bkk reg place it's big dosh hope it turns out OK for you.

Enough with the diversion. The topic concerns Russian meddling. Yes I'm sure Putin and trumpist propaganda "news" sources say it did not happen.
OK l don't think Vad Putin is the threat that some US citizens think he is talking to American citizens that l've spoken with visiting my village and l emphasize the US gov also maybe Trump is more of a threat, Vad Putin is not l think the Devil they think he is that's how l see it.

Get use to it? Do you have any idea how many accidents that causes? It's crazy. Trucks pulling right out into traffic with no ability to merge and get up to speed.
Try reading what l said and take a breath.

You mean like this? Hardly a conspiracy theory. And England is hardly a puppet. LOL
https://www.gov.uk/government/speeches/coping-with-russia Hardly paranoid.
You can laugh out loud as much as you like, l would just laugh at someone would believe a politician and his staged rhetoric.
There's always two sides to a story and what Micky mouse Fallon spouts is hypocritical.
" Yet despite an inquiry showing that the plane was shot down by a Russian provided missile, Russia denied it and continues to do so."
Yes because Russian missile was supplied to someone and the use of that Russian missile by Russia was decommissioned a long time ago, l guess he forgot to say that.

That would never be allowed in Europe or the US.
Well it is allowed here until improvements are made so get use to it.
There other roads you can use if you don't like the ones you use.
This high rate accident stuff, carnage, road deaths etc etc is always being bought up on threads.
Just curious to know how many say Westerners deaths happen per year are among the total. ? ?

It's not paranoid when it's REAL. Russia DID meddle. There is ZERO doubt. This can't stand without extreme PUSHBACK.
All the news stations l listen too keep saying where's the proof of Russia meddling and the get out is always that's classified or maybe or it's believed, that's not good enough.
It just seems to a political layman like me that the US gov can meddle in things but that's OK.
Personally l think sanctions & rattling sabre's at Russia, China, Iran, N. Korea won't solve anything, it will just bring out the worse.
A passion for bikes is inborn l think so.

The Ariel Red Hunter bikes were singles 250 / 350 / 500 .
Ariel has a diverse interesting History they bought Triumph at the top of their success, then later sold to BSA and dropped.
There name is still used and the Ariel bike made is only £50,000.
