I don't know about Phuket DLT, our local DLT in Suk checked my bike over by inspection after being off road for 6•1/2 years ended putting all the details in a new ordered book from the old one that was falling to bits and ordered a new number plate changing the Kho Samui one to Sukhothai. No problem at all not much cost involved. Inspection, new book ordered, new number plate, 7 years back road tax, new road tax disc and CTPL govt insurance.

What's obvious with many roof constructions the designs can be very different and for those inexperienced about building basically : - Vent the loft area by whatever means is available for the type of roof you have. In the main insulate the ceiling areas job done.

They emailed me one time after complaining of not receiving Life forms they said they sent and copies i have look the same as what you have there.

Yeah good stuff, forgot what's best these days for the visiting wild life rockwool or fibreglass. That said I guess many houses built here now are pretty well seal to visitors.

Learning is one thing what you do now is another, for flig sake stop worrying leave the roof as far as you have done already. Just put 10 cm silver wrapped rockwool insulation over all ceiling areas, carefully placed without it going onto sofit areas. If there are no vents in the roof then vent the sofits.

Well there's many way to insulate a roof under construction or after if need be.

Good aesthetics can be achieved with a steel roof sheet that looks like a tiled roof.
