I assume you mean countries, not counties. And this forum is about Thailand, not other countries.
Sorry yes, countries - not counties. Correct this forum for Thailand but some people are moaning about dual pricing for Thais & Foreigners and I was just trying to put it into perspective that other countries all have duel pricing

Correct, that is why you can, write it down as you did in your original post. Its normal for Locals to get a discount, they don't care what nationality you are as long as you can prove your a local. That is how it works in other countries. Here they select on nationality that is a totally different thing.

Not at all, that is common - many other countries select on Nationality - see an example I have just been though in my other post

Locals and own nationals are totally different things. Sorry I wont agree with you neither will the dictionary and most people with a brain. Locals are people living in an area and nationality does not come into play.
Not at all Locals are the nationals in the country you are visiting/staying in

Different concept "locals" as from that state or county....this dual pricing here is solely based on being a Foreigner. Under your thinking a Foreigner working and paying tax in Chonburi should get in cheaper than a Thai visiting from BKK
Not at all, 'locals' means people of whatever country one is in e.g. a Foreigner (does not matter if he is working and paying tax, he is still a foreigner) pays more than a Thai if that is what is required

Again someone that does not know the difference between local and nationality.
A Thai from Changmai, would have a cheaper price then a foreigner who lives in Pattaya.
I am all for different prices for locals and people living in a country but not when its only based on nationality.
Not that I would care one bit about golf.
As I said, many countries offer duel pricing for their own nationals (locals if you like) v foreigners

And while you are wasting your time, what about contacting all the other counties that offer different pricing for locals ?

They say they send life forms out at random by ordinary post so how do you know if you do not receive it.?
I didn't receive the August life form so they sent another in November but stopped my pension without trying to contact me.
After receiving the November 2nd life form they had sent I sent the life form back recorded post but that stops at Bkk airport after that how do I know they have received it, the only way you know is they stop your pension, and you think that is a good system.
They had my email for contact and my telephone number which was put on the previous life form, why didn't they use them.
I've sent 3 emails which they say they reply to within 10 days, I've had no reply up to now 3 weeks since the last one.
As said before I have no problem with my private pensions.
Why email - just phone them direct as I have found them to be very helpful

Well you got to hand it to Ole Fatty and cronies, in other countries there are comedies/ comedians to entertain the public, here the clowns are in government.
Anybody in need of a dose of laughter, just tune in to the goings on at government house, priceless comedy.
Not just Thailand - look at the US, an even bigger clown in charge
