  1. Perhaps the person actually said ขอโทษ I'm sorry.mp3 English translation "sorry", but your ears missed the first, more softly spoken first syllable and the starting T of the second syllable and you did not notice the glottal stop at the end, leaving you with what sounded like aw.
  2. Thank you. The only PT that came to my mind was the PT on lift buttons in Italy meaning pianterreno (English: ground floor) and it could obviously not be this.
  3. In the context you have described, it means oops.
  4. Depending on your intended use of the Internet the recommended speed can be anything from 10 Mb/s to 10 Gb/s for download, a quarter of that for upload. Fot certain uses, eg high-speed gaming, video streaming, bitcoin mining, etc get the highest speeds you can get from providers serving your location.
  5. Yes, they can, but doing so would be illegal and they should not do it. Personally, I have never had anything stolen from an apartment.
  6. Would it not be better to compare the number of guns per capita instead of the total number of guns per country?
  7. What's the world coming to? I can write here the names of musical instruments like clarinet and oboe, but not <deleted>? This won't stop me from going to this concert across the border to which a friend has invited me.
  8. Oops, I see I gave my <deleted> a surplus t. Your faggots, bundles of firewood,. look like the type used for pyres at which witches were burned.
  9. "Somboon Bunyapirom, a lawyer". What kind of lawyer is this who expects that the government of one country would interfere in the legal process of a merger of two companies in another country?
  10. Everything is possible, but the scenario you describe is highly unlikely. At any rate, the OP is so extremely short on details about the alleged investment fund that any speculation on this subject is unwarranted.
  11. Last year I saw a news article, which I can't find anymore, where a woman referred to herself as a person with a vagina and to men as people with penises.
  12. Is this where the birthing parent started? Source: https://aeon.co/essays/why-trans-inclusive-language-is-no-threat-to-cis-women
  13. You mean a fag? (I wonder if this will pass muster) And the there is the musical instrument know as the faggott.
  14. I see I made a wrong guess. It is the Government Savings Bank:
  15. Kao jai It is written as Khao Yay on maps and it is a national park. pa I heard a Thai call his father "pa"
  16. The picture of the lock with a yellow splotch in the middle? That must be why some people call it the yellow bank. When I transferred money to that bank, the first few letters of the SWIFT had I had to type were AYUD.
  17. What does "Khup" mean? I can't find it in any English dictionary.
  18. If 7/11 is a public transport or a cinema, you apparently have to wear a mask there according to the news article cited in the OP.
  19. The photo is of a small sample bottle without any label or text on it except that signature.
  20. krisdika.go.th is the website I used for finding Thai laws. พระราชบัญญัติ จราจรทางบก is the Thai title of the Road Traffic Act. Perhaps someone else with better skills than mine will be able to find the updated version of this law.
  21. Thank you. So there is finally a new law (probably a law amending the existing Road Traffic Act) It used to be relatively easy to find Thai laws and Ministerial Regulations on the website of the Counil of State, aka the Cabinet, but things have changed on that site so much that I can't find my way about it anymore.
  22. Against what section of what Thai law? I have searched for years and found nothing.
  23. I have yet to see a Thai law requiring drivers to stop to let people cross at a pedestrian crossing. At a red traffic light, yes, regardless whether or not there is a pedestian crossing at that point.
