Just received my deposit in my bank in the US BUT, they did not include payment for my 15 year old son as a dependent.
They paid my dependent on the first round. Now what?
Guess I have to wait till the new FAQ's go up next week. Not happy.
Never a smooth experience with them.

jinkies! i just received my $1200 check a couple of weeks ago. (3rd check mailed to parents home address in the usa, first two checks to china never arrived)
i had entered my direct deposit info on the portal mid-may, too soon to the cutoff to be included in electronic payments.
Congrats!! From last to first, nice to hear. Enjoy. Hope I get mine soon after all my time and troubles for the first stimulus.

Just wanted to let you know that I received today here in Khon Kaen, my COLA adjustment letter from social security.
This is what I show immigration as to where the source of my monthly deposits come from abroad when I seek my marriage extension.
Hope everybody gets theirs.

My son's school was shut down this morning and will be closed until January 4th.
The father of one of the students was on the bus that had the man who has Covid.
They are waiting for results of both the father and the son.

The search function is definitely challenging.
I found out I can use my K Bank app to transfer to the USA and the fee is only 250 baht and I get a much better exchange rate.

What kind of extension do you have?
Won't the bank transfer if you have a marriage or retirement extension?

I have heard mixed reviews on using Dee Money to send transfers to the USA.
Can anyone please share their experience with them and is it easy to use the app? I ask because I am 67 years old and not tech savy.

Thanks, I know Dee Money is cheap, but I heard of too many people having problems with them, so I'm scared to use their services.

You can only RECEIVE money from the USA to Thailand.

When you make a bank transfer from your Thai bank to a bank in the USA, do you send by Swift Code or do an ACH Transfer?
Which one is cheaper?

Just give your name, dob, ss# I think just the last 4 digits, old address and the new address.
They replied and confirmed that the address has been changed.

When I changed my address with them, I simply put it in an email to them. No problems and was changed rather fast.

FINALLY!! Got my direct deposit to my bank account 2 hours ago. I am sooooo happy the whole long frustrating ordeal is over.
I truly hope that whoever still has not gotten their payment that you will get yours asap. I know your frustration all too well!

9. Got into Get My Payment Tool 3 (three) days after my call and the site asked for my Bank Account Information which I provided successfully.
10. Got into Get My Payment Tool again today, August 15th and the result is:

I believe very little on their website as that site from day one does not recognized my details and those details are the same as I give over the phone. The IRS is what is called FUBAR. Btw I will send at some time the 3911 to them. If all else fails I shall file it next tax year.
Unfortunately, nothing will really help you as you can't access the get my payment site in order to insert your bank details even if form 3911 works or when you called originally, they opened it up for you, but you never knew. Hate to hear.

I check the get my payment site once a day between 5pm and 6pm our time.
I checked yesterday and it did not show a payment date, but when I checked today, the payment date was there.
Sorry yours hasn't shown yet, but hopefully it will be there next time you check.

SHOCK!! I just went to the get my payment site and there it is as well. Scheduled to be paid Aug. 19th.
Hope yours now shows it as well.
By the way, what group in FB are you talking about? Guess it's all those missing checks in Thailand from April 24th to May 1st. That obviously was a bad batch that was sent. I know there were also some from May 8th and 15th as well but not as many.

Then I went to the Get My Payment website which allowed me to enter my bank account information. For the last month I have received a notice that I am eligible for the payment but they do not know when they will make it.
So last night I called the IRS using this number; +1 267 941-1000. After waiting 20 minutes the first representative hung up on me. I called back just to talk with another person 20 minutes later.
What a complete waste of time. They have no information except to admit that their system is totally screwed up. That this is a new thing and that is why they are having so much trouble.
Sorry, but the US has some very good computing technology. This is simple. They have my account, just deposit the money I am owed.
So at this time I am not going to spend any more time on this. I will just apply for the tax credit next year. It is funny that the representative did not even understand this. What a shame to see the US become what it is right now.
A couple of questions-
Did you call them up after 9 weeks to let them know you did not receive your check and to re issue a new check?
Did they say if your stimulus would be mailed to you or get deposited to your bank account?
Did they give any timeframe or give you advice as what to do?

Guess I just have to wait for now to see what shakes out and if the IRS admits they had a problem and will correct their mistake.
