Only as a information: When you come back from outside the country, you can send the 90 day .. also by mail. And if you are to lazzy to make the 90 day report it will cost you, when you make your next extension 2 k Bath.

I have no TM30. And my 90 day reports works fine.

Mai sombody knows this. To open a account you need a visa. Mean a thai adresse. What is with a poste adresse in a office and living adresse outside of Thailand.

I think Brandons advise is very good. But as i do Not speak english very well, i can't understand why change a Account. One smal thing, next Extension, the money has to stay for 3 month. I think Dr.J. did writh 2 month.

I do Not even know If the Look of i gave them my book. ;-) But a few times, when my wife had some Business with the bank, they know her, she updatet my book to. But i am still thinking that the overstayer can do a Update himselfe about the bank does not know his visastatus. .?!

Mai not everybody. If a alien man owns the book and a Thai girl likes to update it, they mai ask. But when i like to update a book nobody ever ask me for more then the bankbook!

Sorry, normaly banks do not look for expired visas. The visa is importend for open a account. You can update your bankbook for sure with no questons. Say you do not need a new book one only extra pages.

I feel sorry for you that something like this can make problems. Normaly things like this get fixt in a short time. But everybody should know that nothing is ever 100 % sure. A late or mai even a lost transaction can happen. Prepare for the next time. Merry Christmas.

And i think it makes no sense to do this first came back 90 days in person, if you have to travel 300 km. It's cheaper to pay the next time you make a visa 2k Bath. Or mai risk to pay, if everything goes wrong, 5k. That you can do the first 90 days after a return from outside, by poste is good news. Thank you.
