Lordie--how and where do he and I get the TM30, TM6,  signed copy of the apartment's tabien bahn (blue book), Signed copy of ID ? They know my address etc etc from my 90 day check ins why do they need more...?

The TM30 you can download on this forum.

The TM6 is the Arrival/Departure card you filled on arrival to Thailand. The IO kept the arrival part, and gave the departure part back to you. He probably put it in your passport.

You will have to ask your landlord for a (signed) copy of his ID - if he is Thai, or his passport picture page (also signed) - if he is foreign. Same for the blue book copy - if he is Thai, or yellow book copy and the apartment's title deed copy - if he is foreign.

"They know my address etc etc from my 90 day check ins why do they need more...?" Yes, they do. However, they want it again, and again, and again on all kind of different forms. I have great faith that there is a uniquely Thai reasoning as basis for this mystery, but I doubt it will be revealed to us...

I am just renting same place since 2017 in BKK-not sure what my landlord did and didn't file..What is needed to be filed ? Filled out ? By whom ? Where ?

as the "renter' you are also the "possessor" of the apartment, therefore you can fill out and sign the TM30 yourself.

You will need from your landlord:  signed copy of the apartment's tabien bahn (blue book), Signed copy of ID

You will need from yourself: TM30, passport and signed copies, TM6 and signed copy, rental contract

So I actually do have a permanent address registered in Thailand where I have been living for the past 5 years.

You may want to consider getting a yellow tabien bahn and with that then getting a pink ID card. With that you should be able to do banking and hotel check-ins and domestic flights without need of your passport. I've been doing this for years in and outside of Bangkok. My passport only comes out of the safe for immigration stuff and international flights. For peace of mind I call the hotel/airline prior to make sure they accept it. Never had any problems.

"I believe that Kim Jong Un fully realizes the great economic potential of North Korea, & will do nothing to interfere or end it," Trump wrote. "He also knows that I am with him & does not want to break his promise to me. Deal will happen!"

Kim Jong Un fully realizes that he can do whatever he wants with North Korea's economy, & nothing he does will interfere with his own personal cheese supply. He also knows that he can play up to Uncle Trump's vanities and character flaws and a bit of flattery will easily mend any "broken promises and hearts".

Police believe that there could be a gang of employees who are stealing items from passenger’s bags by using the luggage X-Ray machines to help identify potentially valuable goods.

The police is tarnishing the good name of Don Mueang, AoT and Thailand and they should be charged for defamation and making their allegations public via internet media. Big Joke, go get 'em.
