Just like road safety, anti-littering campaigns need to be a year round public education campaign.

No point in any new laws as they won't be enforced, just used to extort money from foreign tourists.

Try littering in Canada and even small children around you will yell at you to pick it up. Respect where you live and stop being such a bunch of pigs.

Quite shocking to hear that the police say there was no serious crime over the holidays.

My gf's 14 year old niece was shot and killed late Monday night. The shooter was known and no charges laid. We can all figure out why.

Not sure if it even made it to the news.

Tried getting a meter taxi at CTW on Saturday night. Got into the taxi, he demanded 200 baht to go to sukhumvit 11. I told him to F off and left the door open when I got out. The meter charge for the taxi that finally took me was only 60 baht.

Again no enforcement so they just keep doing it. Lazy cops are as much to blame as the other criminals they pretend to chase.
