Another murder by dogs, happens all the time, usually children and now older people. No jail time for owners so it will never change: money over justice or is money justice? TAT worries about real(spending) tourists not coming back few things to consider and eliminate: free roaming soi dogs and muffler-less motorbikes to eliminate noise. Tourists I talked at airport complain and express serious concern over dogs running all over the place(7-11 shops) and motorbike noise !!!.
